It’s definitely one of the best places we’ve been. We got the spice chick, the zydeco, the boudin pop tart and the salted caramel cheesecake coffee. Everything is wonderful and customer service is great. The quality of the food is equal with what you paid for: fresh, well-made and comforting.
The only thing is biscuit crumbled a bit too easy but hey, thats why it called Buttery Crumb!

I ordered the Spice Chick sandwich and Bonuts—both were delicious! The chicken was crispy and juicy with a sweet sauce that had just the right hint of spice. The biscuit had great flavor but was a little too crumbly, which made it hard to eat neatly. Still, the taste made up for it.
The Bonuts were amazing—warm, soft, and generously coated in powdered sugar. A perfect treat to end the meal.
Service was excellent—friendly and fast. I’d definitely come back, especially for the bonuts!

Went today with my daughter to meet my aunt and cousins. We live in Thibodaux and never knew about this place. Last I remembered it was a Greek or sushi place. This morning we had the best experience here. Ordered food sat outside and food was brought to us quickly. The food was top notch in our opinion. We had 6 people in total and everyone’s food came out together and hot not to mention delicious. We all got something different from hot honey chicken biscuits, grits bowl, potato bowls, avocado sourdough coffee hot and iced. Even a king cake bite. I much rather support places like this rather than fast food.

EDIT: This is the first time we been the new location on East Park. It is a much better location with lots of parking and the same great coffee and food! By far my favorite place to get quick coffee and breakfast! Toasty truffle Latte, Mean cold brew add caramel and toasted marshmallow. Sourdough zydeco, Boudin poptart, and at the time they Blueberry lemon loaf!!!
This place is great. Great coffee and great food. It’s pretty busy but definitely a great place to sit with a friend for a coffee.

First time going here and most likely won’t go back. Also not worth the price either. The country gravy is not homemade. The scramble eggs were box for sure. Definitely did not give enough country gravy on my order. Went to ask for more. She brought me a small ramekin of it for 75 cents….that was definitely not enough so got another one. Once I started to eat realized the quality of the food and did not finish. There blueberry lemonade was ok. Don’t understand why yall can’t make fresh food.

Coffee was great, but the food…not so much. $38 for a chicken biscuit, churros & 2 specialty coffees. The coffees were tasty, but the biscuit was very dry & disintegrated on first bite. The chicken lacked flavor & the bonut churros (balls of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar) were okay. Employees were friendly & the environment was nice. Unfortunately, for me, this is a one & done. Wish them well though.

Hands down, the BEST place for coffee and unique food items! My go-to is the cookie butter bonuts, but I had the opportunity to try a boudoin pop tart, and it is my new favorite! Sweet and spicy, it is perfect for any boudoin lover! (I couldn’t wait until I got home and ate it in the car in 5 minutes- so good).

I am not exaggerating when I say the food here is 100/10. I ordered the boudin pop tart with pepper jack cheese and “the sticky pig” with a vanilla and caramel iced coffee. The boudin pop tart is wrapped in a flaky, crunchy yet soft pastry that has an amazing texture. Topped with crispy bacon bits and a sweet syrup gives a sweet yet savory bite. 10/10 The sticky pig was absolutely amazing. The onion bacon jam is to die for. A bit messy to eat but DEFINITELY worth the flavor profile. Friendly and calm environment. The owner is a doll and the service was fast, friendly and lovely. I really enjoyed my experience.

We went try out the Buttery Crumb for the first time. I ordered the coffee of the month – Sugar Cookie Shaken Espresso. The iced coffee was the bomb! My husband got the zydeco biscuit – a fresh biscuit with boudin, egg, and pepper jack. He absolutely loved it. I originally wanted the spice chick, but it was sold out. My next choice would have been the churro bonuts, but they don’t make bonuts on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I settled with the country-fied – a fresh biscuit with egg and smothered in country gravy. Overall, everything tasted great and was super fresh. We were so sad when our biscuits were gone because they were so good!
