Pretty awesome when you guys double the prices on things. I have gotten a side of mac sauce with my order for over a decade. First it was free, then it was .15 for about 4 years. Now it’s apparently .30. You don’t even add an extra button for “grill sauces”. You just double up the existing charge. Not only is this annoying that you doubled the price on something that was once free.. But the fact that it isn’t even important enough for you to add a proper button so I don’t feel mislead.
I eat here 3-4 times a week at least. Thank you for making it easier for me to make healthier choices and avoid this franchisee. Hope it’s worth it ♂️ Plenty of other options that have better quality and don’t nickle and dime you.

The night staff here provide excellent service. The shift supervisor, a gentleman with glasses, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel taken care of. He is attentive, listens carefully, and even personally delivers food to customers who are seated away from the front register. The team is genuinely kind and welcoming. I always appreciate stopping here when passing through Butte.

My family and I have come to this McDonald’s almost every single day and not once have they got our order right. I have undiagnosed Obsessivel Compulsive Disorder and I want my exactly as I ordered it with the customizations that I put on my sandwich and my mom’s and yet everyday they get it wrong. I had to go up twice today to have them fix my McDouble sandwich.The first time I went up to have them to fix it was because my McDouble was a complete and utter inedible mess. The second time was because they put cheese on it. I can’t have cheese on my sandwiches. I’m lactose intolerant. I shouldn’t have to. I’m stressed out enough as is and honestly this is getting ridiculous.

That was by far, the worst double quarter pounder with cheese I have had in my entire life. One patty was burned, the other was nearly dehydrated. At least the fries were hot. I guess when it’s drive-thru and you’re on the interstate you’ll shove anything out the door knowing they probably won’t come back. For $13, do better.

There was no menu available for drive-through until we said something. After that fiasco, we waited for about 10 minutes or more for our food. Fast food was extremely slow here.

I had the Big Mac with fries and a drink. The lobby seemed to be pretty clean and the bathrooms were too. The food was prepared correctly. I had to ask twice for bbq sauce. The tables did not look like anyone had cleaned them in a while. Most of the people who work here were not very friendly. I always hate it when you can see employees smoking outside, then go back in and prepare your food.

The food wasn’t made right, and about six of us just stood up at the front waiting for someone to come to the front to take orders and fix orders whilst employees just ignored us and walked by. She then went to blame the cooks like she hadn’t put the order in wrong after we verified TWICE. After all of that we left with stale food. The worst service we’ve ever encountered, we won’t ever be back here
