The food is so so, it was better a few years ago but has significantly gone down over the years and somehow tastes worse than any other Ikea Ive been to.
More so upset and giving a poor review as its one of the few comfort places my wife can eat at being vegetarian/vegan and they stopped by for lunch, over an hour after the restaurant was supposed to be open, and the only thing ready they could grab was garlic toast. They asked how long for plant balls, and one person said 5 minutes and another had no idea. They were calling out orders as food got cooked and it wasn’t even crowded or busy otherwise Id understand being out or behind. They went downstairs to the bistro hoping to get a veggie dog instead and the bistro wasn’t even open yet but someone was cooking food.
So guess my wife just gets to starve for lunch cause they ran out of time waiting for food to prep that no one knew how long it would take.

Yum! We always look forward to lunch on a trip to IKEA. They have plenty of options for everyone. They have plant balls that are vegetarian and veggie balls that are vegan. They have salads and separate grilled chicken if you’re eating keto or low carb. Plus, the delicious regular meals they’re known for. I love their Swedish meatballs. They also have delicious desserts. If you’ve never tried their veggie medallion, it’s yummy. Grab a hazelnut chocolate bar for later, you won’t regret it.

What we love most is the Ikea Restaurant and the deals they have each week. Our kiddos love the Mac n’cheese and you can never go wrong with Swedish Meatballs!

I love everything about the bistro restaurant here. All of the food is very flavorful and properly cooked. I think the little tray cards are absolutely delightful. Even the drink selection is unique and tasty. This is a good place to stop in for a light meal, or, you can always just get as many meatballs as you possibly can handle.

The Swedish Meatball plate is ! They now have an option where you can get 16 meatballs. Food hit the spot for low key casual place that’s easy and fast. Good alternative to fast food.
Pro tip – If you have a family, add Ikea cafe to your regular go-tos. With Ikea family you can go buy 1 adult entree and get 2 kids meals on Wednesdays

Excellent food. Excellent service. Super clean facility. I am always excited to visit Ikea to have the Swedish meatballs. I also love the lingonberry juice and jam. I also love the deserts and the snacks that can be purchased. I will be back. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars.

The plant balls were good but nothing special. I loved the $0.80 plant hot dog near the exit a lot more, but it was a fun experience to try the meatballs! Tried the veggie dog too and plant based takes the cake for sure.

Going to date with my wife. Just throw the food. It was delicious. I especially liked the salad with marinated salmon. The garlic cod is also a recommendation. Desserts are absolutely delicious.

Went to Ikea for the restaurant experience. i know, how touristy! the headliner Swedish meatballs were sure worth the hype. ordered a salmon salad that was good. the kids menu had good options but was not too impressed with the kids menu. all and all, worth the stop by but don’t set your expectations high.

This place was absolutely delicious! I got the traditional Swedish meatballs for my first time and they were so amazingly flavorful. I wasn’t sure what the lingonberry jam was for but turns out it makes the broccoli taste extra special! The potatoes were so fluffy and yummy and the gravy was perfection. Will try what else they have when I go again but what a good first experience
