We had a delicious dinner here. Highlights included the Kahlua pig dumplings in curry sauce, ahi tuna with avocado, and mahi mahi. For dessert, we shared the cheesecake and a brownie, both excellent.
We had a beautiful view from our table during the sunset conch shell blowing, which was a memorable way to end the evening. We could see the colors of the sunset over the trees.
Tip: Bring a credit card, since you cannot charge this restaurant to your hotel room if you are staying at the Fairmont.

Good drink selection and enough menu options. Service staff worked well together. Split a Greek Maui wowie salad ordered the fresh catch and Mahi Mahi and both were excellent. Crème Brûlée was good but not the best we’ve had. Valet parking is available at the hotel front desk and is the best way to park. It was our first visit and we’ll be back.

Loved that they had lots of free parking spaces, we had to wait a little bit for our reservation. Once we were seated our Server Brandon was great, very attentive. Had a few very tasty cocktails and our dinners were both very good, I had the Monchong and my husband had the Ahi and would recommend both. Everything in Maui is expensive and since this is in one of the Big Wailea hotels it is a notch higher. But definintely worth a try.

Chris and Eric (bartenders) were incredible! They truly made our night with their stories, jokes, and recommendations. We really felt at home. Could not have asked for a better duo at the bar that night. Thanks guys!

The restaurant is set in a beautiful hotel garden right next to a small, peaceful beach. I recommend coming around sunset, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the view. The cocktails and food were amazing, especially the Nick’s Sunset, a tropical fruit juice and rum blend. The seafood tower was also great, with a nice variety of fresh seafood. I wouldn’t recommend the scallops, they were overly salty. The strawberries Panzin dessert didn’t stand out in flavor, but it was creative and visually impressive, perfect for a date night.

This restaurant delivers an unforgettable dining experience, with truly unique dishes that showcase exceptional creativity. Every pairing on the menu, like the brulee with port wine, is thoughtfully curated and absolutely delightful. Trust the chef—there’s no need for modifications, as each dish is crafted to perfection. If you’re looking for a place that knows exactly how to balance flavor, artistry, and innovation, this is it.

1-31-26, 6:30pm. Six people in our party. When we were seated the waiter told us they were out of menus and he’d bring them over as they were available. Over the next 15 minutes menus were delivered sporadically. The waiter only brought five waters. Eventually brought the sixth. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was about 60% full. My Ahi was cold. The view is wonderful. The waiter was very personable. Extremely overpriced based on our service and food quality. Maybe I should have gone here BEFORE I went to Mama’s Fish House instead of after… That’s one of the finest experiences of seafood dining I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

We just had an amazing evening at Nicks Fish Market. From the minute we arrived, we knew we were about to have a great evening. The host was so welcoming and took us to our seat.
Once seated, we met Raiden, our wait staff. He was the best! He got us settled in and shared the drink list and menu. We ordered our drinks – my husband ordered the manhattan which was perfect, then we ordered escargot for our appetizer. Everything was very yummy.
Then my husband had the Opakapaka sautéed in Lemon, Butter & Capers, Farrotto, Broccolini, 24 Hour Tomato Puree. Excellent!
I had the B&B appetizer. The ahi was absolutely great with so much flavor.
At the end of the evening Raiden brought my husband a dessert with a lit candle to celebrate his birthday. The topping to a wonderful night.
Raiden was incredible making our evening special. He was so helpful throughout the evening and so informative about specials and answered all our questions regarding selection options.
We can’t wait to come back!

We had a party of 6 and we were sat at a table very quickly. However…service was unbelievably slow. Took over 3 hours for the full service. Appetisers were cold and nothing special. Once the main courses arrived (over an hour and a half since ordering) the food was very very average. All 6 meals were either cold or room temp. One member ordered the market lobster which was extremely expensive. Waiter never told us what the price was until the check came. For lobster costing over $200, the potato’s were cold, veggies were cold, and the “melted” butter was not even hot. Flavor of the lobster was ok, but not even close to being $200. All and all we spent over $1,000 on dinner. Waiter was extremely nice but he took forever. Never asked for drink refills. And ordering a basic dessert, took about 30 minutes before it arrived.
Had high hopes for this place but all and all we were all extremely disappointed.

We got a high top table but advantage was it was part of the lounge so we got to order from both menus. The Moroccan spiced salmon was perfectly done and the banana foster hit the spot. Our waiter was laid back and very chill – awesome waiter (Brandon)
