Had never had Oriental breads. Just amazing! I’m now hooked. We didn’t even know the place was open and wondered in out of curiosity. My husband got the ham and onion bread, curry beef, a coconut pineapple bread, coconut cream. All individual. I Normally hate onions however with this bread it was amazing! So went back only to find out they were sold out! Recommend 100%

one of the only authentic chinese bakeries in the area and still very good. worth the price (keep in mind they only take zelle or cash as it is a small business) and worth the trip and time. very good service and lots of parking. big selection and everything is handmade and fresh. please support this business so they can continue to have these delicious pastries our families crave from back home.

I love this bakery, its a mom and pop shop; its quaint, but high quality for a great price. I’ve stopped in at random intervals, and the meat buns are alway fresh and delicious; and pastry selections are amazing as well. I would recommend the pork buns for anyone that hasn’t had one before- savory, as well as the hot dog bun (it reminds me of pigs in a blanket). From my experience its been CASH ONLY, so bring some cash and be surprised with how much food you can get for $20.

This is my go-to spot for legit Chinese pork buns ever since Mary Ann’s Bakery in North Miami Beach closed. I’m so glad I found this place. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. My belly is seriously happy every time I leave!

Ordered a special birthday cake. It was obvious it had been baked the same day, the cake was so fresh and delicious. It was like no other cake I have ever experienced. The fruit in the middle of the cake was perfectly ripe. The frosting was whipped so it became light and airy. Great cake everyone was raving.

Egg custard tarts are as good as those I have had in NYC and SF Chinatowns. Will return for more!

Owners were super kind, and the selection is awesome, with a pretty good variety of Asian breads I like. Quality was really good even on the day olds. I’d come more often if I lived closer.

OK yeah the pastries are good but the wife was rude on the phone and the husband was even ruder in person. First time going there and we needed to decide what we wanted, he was pacing at the register grunting and groaning making us feel rushed. There was literally no other customers and he was just standing there clipping his nails. Absolutely not making this up. Then at the last minute I told him we’d like one more item added, and he exclaimed something as if annoyed. I get it’s authentic cultural treatment of customers but come on. Also, the place smells like ashtray, wish they would do something about that god awful smell.
Edit: Also I find it odd that within hours of my reviews there were suddenly ten 5 star reviews all done at the same time when this place barely had any reviews over the span of years. And they’re all advertising the fresh bread and low prices, come on down. And one even went on to rebut my statement saying the owner was super friendly, lol. If you click on the profile of these reviewers they all gave Maxin 5 stars while rating the same other place 1 star. Must be their competition. Shady practice going on here.
