Ordered take out, so cannot share an opinion on dining in, but food is authentic Chicago style Italian. Outdoor seating appeared quite desirable with recorded music playing.

Im and OTR truck driver and I have searched far and wide (other than Chicago) to try a Chicago style pizza and lol and behold right here in Denver I find one had uber eats deliver.
I will never eat regular pizza ever again Chicago style is all i want. That is a thick pizza I’ve never seen cheese under the toppings, but good lord what a scrumptious pizza.

Angel was in the restaurant by himself, and he took care of all of us! Customer service and quality of food, was truly amazing! For being alone, quality, speed, and service did not falter! Truly a great experience and great food! We had a group of 19 people, last minute at 9:15. He let us bring tables inside to stay warm, and took care of us all!! If Angel is here, when you visit, you are in good hands!

Chicagoan here. Had a craving for an Italian Beef, and Rosati’s Broomfield did not disappoint.
The staff were welcoming, professional, and polite. Looks like they recently underwent a change in management from other reviews.
We dined in, and really wish we could have taken advantage of the patio, but unfortunately it’s November 🙁
The food arrived promptly. The beef, fries, and mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh and our sandwiches were plated well.
Everything was delicious. The beef is authentic to an Italian Beef and sliced really thinly (Vs say a French Dip or Roast Beef sando). Their giardiniera was way hot in a good way. Suited my taste. Portions were standard. It had been some hours since I had lunch, and still left full.
We will be returning for some pizza soon. I feel this crew and this restaurant deserve better than a 3.8 rating.
If you’re near the plaza, be sure to stop in and have a bite.

This place is amazingly quaint and tucked away from view on the street, but believe me when I say this place is acually pretty amazing.
They have a small lobby, but it feels very cared for and the details make for a solid atmosphere. They already prepared pizzas, as you do for a pizza joint, but they were pretty much straight out of the oven fresh. With just enough grease from the cheese to add that sweet city vibe!
The price was excellent for it all, too! Large single slice and a soda for just barely over 5 bucks. Solid deal considering the economy collapsing like a wet paper tent.

Today 3/5/26 we enjoyed the best Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza available in Colorado at Rosati’s Pizza! Rosati’s Pizza is very authentic and delicious!!! This was not our first time in but it’s delicious every time so we needed to compliment them and let others know how delicious their food is! It’s a very clean, friendly and welcoming place, conveniently located in Broomfield CO! Highly recommend checking out Rosati’s Pizza for some great Chicago flavor!!! We visit often during football season! Our favorite pizza place!!! Worth giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing and friendly service. The Marinara is to die for. The cheese sticks are really good. The dough is perfect on the pizza.
We sat outside, and it was so peaceful. A scenic background is the perfect touch to this location. All you hear is birds chirping. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!

I’m from Chicago, this location is dead on right with how Rosati’s pizza is at home in Chicago. The staff is super friendly and attentive and eager to help. Due to being primarily a carry out location with limited tables, they even brought in a table from outside to accommodate the other customers dining at the same time as us. Thank you Rosati’s, I wish you success with your business in Colorado!!!

Finally was in the area and checked it out with my Chicago native wife. She said it tasted just like home. We had the combo sandwich and a slice of Pepperoni. Both had excellent flavors. We will definitely stop by every time we are in the area.
