This Wendy’s is terrible. If the food isn’t cold, the buns are stale. Oh wait, the food is always cold. Four out of the last five times I’ve gone here the Coke has had zero flavor. I’ve had the contents of the order messed up multiple times. The rewards system is complete garbage. Do better Wendy’s. It’s no wonder they’re closing down hundreds of stores. I can get a 3x as good meal for half the price across the street at Taco Bell. And that’s saying something because they’re not that great either.

Placed an online order for a salad, apple slices, and a pop. Got to the window, was informed that they were out of CO2 so no pop which was fine and they were able to replace it with something else.
Once I got my order, I looked in the bag to see the apple slices. Very disappointed. They looked like they had been sitting out for a long time (brown, squishy and opaque in areas) and the other part was the amount given. For 10 cents more I could have gotten a small fry with triple the amount given. It’s just gross that they would give those to customers.

This is the worst Wendy’s in the Grand Rapids area, that I know of. I’ve been there multiple times in the last 6 months and consistently got slow, sometimes rude service (even when it wasn’t busy at all). The dining area wasn’t very clean, and when I used the restroom, I noticed there was no soap. I let the employees know and they seemed unphased, as if that wasn’t a big deal. How long was the soap gone and how many times did the male employees skip hand washing after using the bathroom?? I won’t be returning.

i got a Dave’s Double which is plenty of food and i added all the condiments and the price did not go up. I LOVE Cobb Salads and i didn’t know they had them! i got one with my order and its a big salad. fin

I came to this location on Thursday, the food was great, but slow. The young woman who took my order was running around trying to do everything, no one helping her. Why always out of everything, everytime I come, prices are way to high.

Food was amazing, and fresh. Came to this Wendy’s location for the first time this Friday at around 6pm. This Wendy’s location looked very neat! Manager smiled at me when I came in, and a young sweet girl took my order, she was very polite! All my food came out quickly, thank you great Wendy’s location will definitely have to come back to this location too!

Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and got 7 1/2 nuggets, not worth $9 for a combo meal. My kids were splitting it, had to fix them something else. I ordered the BLT chicken sandwich and got nothing on it but lettuce and pickle?? Not okay!!

Talk about a place that is pissed you are ordering. I didn’t realize it was that big of a deal to order food from a restaurant. You will be treated like crap eye roll and all for trying to order food. I get it we have a family of 5 it can be alot but its legit how your company makes money to pay you. The least you can do especially as a manager is set an example they watch you huff and puff and eye roll the customers it wears off and trust me it doesnt matter day or night this location really needs an attitude adjustment. Done worry this was the 3rd and final time you will net see us again.
