12-11-25 edit:Going from 3 to 1 stars.3rd visit. An HOUR wait this time! I tried giving this place some leeway bc of the reopening but after sitting in drive thru for 20 mins at the speaker just to place an order is BEYOND RIDICULOUS! They didn’t repeat my order & of course it was WRONG when I asked for verification before I paid. Now I’m sitting here watching an employee SLEEP in the first window! Why aren’t you helping upfront?? I advise the district manager to check the videos and remedy this situation. Can I get a job here so I can get paid for DOING NOTHING??….
Previous review. This is a SLOW FOOD restaurant! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Missing a sandwich one day and the next day missing THREE! Each time the same store manager (older blk lady) was “expediting” food. Wasn’t she taught how to DOUBLE CHECK orders before sending it to a customer and the employee should check it as well before it goes out the window! There’s absolutely no excuse for how poorly this place is managed! Hire someone else please!
I understand this location was rebuilt and updated but the extreme slowness is ridiculous! My first return visit I waited 42 minutes! FOURTY TWO!! WTH?! I couldn’t tell you the number of customers leaving but it was constant. The manager should ALWAYS be helping somewhere instead of standing around staring into space! The lack of customer service is laughable. The only way I’ll go back is if there’s no line and honestly that won’t be long if this keeps up bc people will take their business someplace else!

Food was great, but there was a long wait time for it. Soda machine ran out of syrup and took them 10 minutes to change it and could not give a drink from drive through as they use the same drink lines as the dining area. Seemed a little unorganized as we could hear contact miscommunication over whether they had items or not. May be better service at a different time of day.

You know, I see some negative comments about the new opening of Burger King. Yes, we waited for a while, but I also had to understand that it’s a new crew, a grand opening, and they were trying their best. The manager was amazing and kept apologizing. They’re trying their best !!! Keep on guys.! You’ll do amazing (: we were pleased with our food and will be coming back!

The long wait destroys the atmosphere here. The longest I’ve ever waited for a fast food order. They seem to have a full staff but the pace was way too slow for each customer. Management needs to improve fast or this new BK will not last. The cashier had not customers to take orders and just stood at the counter not helping get trays together. Stategies can definitely be implemented to improve customer service and pace.

Well i wasn’t going to write anything but I should let you all know I went there today and thank God for his protection. I decided to open my whopper up before eating it to make sure there was no onion or cheese on it and to my surprise it was something on it that shouldn’t be. A piece of paper, ill just post a pic…and leave it at that.

This was my first visit with my children since they rebuilt this location. Needless to say, I will think twice before returning to this location. The management was disrespectful to their staff and the staff returned the disrespect. Bad language was used just as much as the burgers were flipped. Being a manager takes self control, respect for yourself, your staff and your customers. It was truly an embarrassment to witness the actions and behavior of the staff whole customerswere patiently waiting on their food. By the way, our food was cold after watching it sit on the counter before being given to us. Wait time, food and the service was less than desirable.

We visited this location on 12/4/25 this is the first time we visited since the demo and rebuild. Obviously we haven’t had Burger King in a while so it was a wonderful surprise when NyKria helped me change my order to save money! This doesn’t happen often in fast food but she was sweet, respectful and calm explaining the options even with a line wrapped around the building!

I have just left this location and will not be returning. During my visit, I observed the drive-thru employee blow her nose and then pick her nose before handling my bag of food and attempting to hand it to me. I immediately raised the concern with the manager, who requested that my order be remade. Unfortunately, he was yelled at by the cook.
When I requested a refund, the cook came to the window and claimed she did not understand the reason for my request. The behavior displayed by the staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about food safety and management oversight at this location.
I am sharing this as a warning to the Mebane community. If this type of behavior occurs in plain view of customers, it raises concerns about what may be happening out of sight.

While I did wait a little longer than typical at the speaker, the staff were friendly and the food was very tasty. I got a double cheeseburger, fries, and a sweet tea – all were delicious. Will definitely be going back.
