Used to be our favorite place. EVERY one of our meals was over priced from the menu. The excuse we got was “your drink was mixed with coke and we have to add a dollar somewhere to cover that” and “well they just changed the prices”, or “they now charge more for side salds but haven’t changed the menu”. A shame The Pony has been a place we stop at often.

There food is screamingly good, (new word, screamingly), because it is so good I just want to scream it out.
The atmosphere is totally great. Loud and boisterous, I mean it’s a bar, what do you expect?
I loved my server, very nice, very attentive.

We took a recommendation from the hotel to go here. It was fantastic! I had the flank steak sandwich. It was glorious, it had perfect seasoning for the steaks and was covered in mushrooms and onions. My wife had a Santa Fe chicken sandwich which was also amazing. The place was packed, yet the service was friendly and efficient. It was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Sheridan Wyoming.

Ate on the patio with our 2 dogs. Pet friendly patio and even brought them water. Service was top notch, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Food….. amazing. Wife had the Philly cheese steak and I had the bacon blue cheese. Local delicious beers. Great place. 2 thumbs up

The guacamole burger was great and perfectly cooked, just like the onion rings. Delicious food with a nice option of seating and food to choose from that doesn’t cost too much. Just not the place to go if you like your bottomless soda refills, as their soda comes in cans, which can get pricy. No biggie, but a nice little heads up. Bright side you can choose from Coke and Pepsi products, and you get that delightful bar ice with them. Will certainly be back for the kind and attentive staff and great eats.

Great local downtown Sheridan Wyoming bar and restaurant. The food is always good and pretty reasonably priced. The bartenders and wait staff are friendly helpful and attentive. They have some cool signs, oddities from the local area, sports stuff plus some neat beer signs on the walls. TV screens to watch games. They have a really big enclosed patio/deck type extension on the front with lots of tables. Bar seating inside the building, more tables in the back end. We have always have a great time at the Pony! Love the local beer selection, properly working taps, burgers, onion rings and the STAFF!!

The food was good. I was able to customize a salad like I wanted. The waitress was nice but a little unattentive, maybe doing double-duty as part-time bartender too???
I would go back though I’d make sure to pick a table with more comfortable seats.

Food was cold. Service was aggressively mediocre. Building was freezing, we even sat ‘inside’. 3 people working behind the bar and no one asked if we needed anything with our food, or ask how it tasted.
Locals are surprised at how our experience was so maybe it was just a rough shift but we definitely are weary about giving it another try.
