Disappointed. I love the other uptown locations. I picked up a pepperoni roll & a Cajun chicken salad on my way home from work. I was excited to eat it, everything looked super good until I started chewing on raw dough. I ended up throwing it away.

I’ve now had two grilled chicken salads from Uptown Pizza, and I’m honestly impressed. They don’t skimp on anything. Every single ingredient listed is loaded on there — especially the chicken, which is usually where places cut corners.
They give you 3–4 of the small ranch cups, which is more than enough, along with a slice of garlic bread. The portions are legit — I’m absolutely full when I’m done.
Best part? $11 even for a meal that actually fills you up and tastes great. Quality, value, and consistency have been on point both times. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently tried Uptown Pizza for the first time, and I was impressed. The red sauce stood out right away, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had, rich and perfectly balanced. The portions were just right, and the chicken & cheese quality really made a difference.

I feel so terrible after my 1st experience here for not going across the street too wedgewood even after I was given a free addition pizza cheese pizza cause there cook(s) double made another order. It was much appreciated till my first bit. There pizza was terrible sauce reminded me of Chef Boyardee sauce very sweet an no flavor I gave them 2 stars cause the Cajun chicken salad was decent but the ranch was basic (Kraft? Reading these comments, I feel like there may be some small town bias happening as the new Uptown location is directly across from the pizza pillar of Austintown, Wedgewood Pizza. Anyone who says the red sauce at Uptown is flavorless needs to stop smoking Newports. It is delicious. It tastes just like it does at the well established Belmont and Market St locations. The new owners bought this restaurant because they loved the pizza and have not changed a thing and have actually improved things to promote consistency. If you were raised on Wedgewood, we get it. You dont have to lie though.

We are new to the area evidently just like Uptown Pizza is, we wanted to try something different and were disappointed. We ordered a Philly steak sandwich, asked if it was shredded steak, was told it was but it wasn’t, resembled a plain slice of Salisbury steak. Also ordered a chicken parm sandwich, it was 3 chicken tenders on smashed bread and hardly no sauce.

My first time eating Uptown Pizza. It was amazing! Ordered a 12″ Meat Lovers and a Chef Salad with Parmesan dressing! So delicious. We usually get Belleria or Wedgewood but going forward we are all in for Uptown!

Ordered online before they opened. Quoted me 11:18 pick up. Got there at 11:20 sat there for 25 more min before my order was ready! Went to Dunkin beforehand and 3 of their employees were there getting coffee no apology whatsoever.
