We were at a Dr appointment for our son and decided to stop here because he was craving one of the sauces and it was very close before we headed home. We were told to sit anywhere and waited 10 minutes before we saw a server. She told our order right away and we waited 45 minutes for our food. Only a few tables were occupied and there were people coming in for carryout. Finally we asked and was told it would be out in a few minutes. 10 minutes later we got our food. Everything was hot except the fries were limp and cold. We asked to see the manager and he said we have a lot of Carry out. So you let the seated customers sit and wait because you have carry out orders? We had wings. No burgers or sandwiches that take longer. Nothing off our bill. By the time we left it was getting busy and the one server had trouble keeping up. Do you think we saw the manager helping run food or refill drinks? Of course not. He looked like he was sitting in an office somewhere oblivious to what was going on in the dining room. Very poor. No remorse for our lack of service. We made a mistake stopping here.

My boyfriend and I went here, he ordered boneless wings and I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. He got his food in 5 minutes and I ended up waiting no less than 20 minutes for my food. I waited so long for my food that the manager on duty comped it for us. The food was good, however, when the waitress took our check and payment, she had evidently kept some of the change because it was short. Absolutely wild… We will not be back to this location.

We, party of 4, walked in just before 3 pm, only 2 tables were occupied. It took over 10 minutes before our server came over. Our food took about 40 minutes to get to us! The quality was what brings us back to B-Dubs. The manager apologized but didn’t seem cavalier about the situation. We’re really ticked off, as now we’re really crunched for time.

This is completely true and will blow your mind. I ordered 7 items and LITERALLY 5 out of the 7 items simply were not delivered. 5 MISSING items. This GM needs to be fired asap, completely unacceptable. Starts from the top. .. I will never order food from this BW3s again. Do your job!

If you have construction equipment then you’ll be set, if not, be ready to start eating stones. The chicken is as hard as a rock and I felt like I was eating bricks for dinner. They would’ve been better off building a new kitchen than serving us. At least the projector was big but other than that, it’s buffalo wild bricks

Good environment. I wish there were more waiters. Although the service was slow, it was great. They offered us samples of beer before we could order it. Wings were great. I would suggest to order traditional wings rather than boneless. Draft beer was great too. If you want to order sides, go for wedges or fries rather than onion rings. Definitely a good place to hangout.

Took over 45 minutes for my son to get his wings. Asked to sit where the World Series would play so we could watch. Bartender screwed it up then had an attitude about it and refused to correct her error. We ended up getting to-go boxes and leaving. Lots of attitude and disorganization. They weren’t even busy. Will not go there again.

Deeply disturbing experience – ignored by customer support despite serious dietary violation.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered Cauliflower Wings from Buffalo Wild Wings via Uber Eats. To my absolute shock, I found actual pieces of chicken mixed in with the cauliflower as someone who is a strict vegetarian and has never eaten meat in my life, this was incredibly upsetting and offensive.

This isn’t just a mix-up it’s a serious breach of trust, food safety, and dietary integrity. What makes it worse is that I posted about this on X (formerly Twitter) and Buffalo Wild Wings replied publicly saying that customer support would reach out. It’s been over two weeks, and I haven’t heard a word from them.

This complete lack of accountability and follow through is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed, not just by the mistake, but by the way it’s been swept under the rug.

Because this is a serious food safety concern, I am now considering filing a formal complaint with the FDA and other consumer protection agencies. If someone with a severe allergy or religious restriction had experienced this, the consequences could have been far more serious.

I trusted a national chain to respect basic dietary boundaries, and that trust has been broken. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do much better not just in food handling, but in how it responds to serious customer concerns.
