Girl who took the order had an attitude. Ordered 3 spicy chicken thighs and waited over 20 minutes and they couldn’t even remember the order. Ended up leaving. Terrible customer service experience.

32.00 to receive cold, old food. This is why we took a break from ordering here. And don’t even think of placing an order online. It’s always confusion and complications. We will no longer support Popeyes. Intentionally giving customers cold, old food is not healthy nor sanitary. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this location during certain times and days of the week.

It seems that everytime we order from this location our order is wrong. Brought back and asked to speak to the manager. She was very rude and stated we should have checked our order before we left. Shouldn’t have to identify different kinds of chicken at a chicken restaurant for the employees nor should I have to check behind them.

waited 20 minutes when I was told to wait time was five minutes, then went in there and asked for my chicken and the guy did not know what he was talking about. The lady in the back was asleep on her hand like they didnt have no customer needed to be served. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be back

Prices have gotten ridiculous. $44 for a 12p family tender w/fries and potatoes and 2 regular drinks. Food is good but the service is not. Pull up to the window, pay, then was told it was going to be 4 min and to pull forward. Okay fine. About 5 minutes pass and a bunch of cars go around me. 5 minutes after that I get out of my car and go ask why I haven’t gotten my order. ‘Oh we thought you left.’ ‘Well obviously not. I paid $44 for this food. I’d like my food.’ Proceeds to turn around (rolling her eyes) and gets my order. I think if we decide to get Popeye’s again I’ll go the little extra mile and go to the one down the road.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I frequently DoorDash out of this location and a constant is a wait time of over 10 minutes even when it’s as empty as can be, when I remind them why I’m waiting they give me a self righteous attitude like I’m in the wrong to be angry, awful service and awful wait times.
