I did an online order for a dozen donuts, iced coffee and 2 orders of bagel bites. When I got there I was told they ran out of donuts. Totally understandable, I asked if they were able to give me a refund for the donuts. The worker there had to call her manager to see if they were able to. The manager was trying to walk her through how to do it. After a few times it still wasn’t working. She said the only thing they could do was either I could come back tomorrow or call customer service. I explained I lived about 30 minutes away and was not able to come the next day. I asked if they could transfer the order to another Dunkin closer to me they where not able to do that. I also suggested if it was possible to just put my refund on a gift card. She said she was not able to do that either. I said OK, I’ll call customer service. I went to call while I was still in the store incase they needed verify anything while I was ou the phone. Unfortunately, Dunkin customer service isn’t available on the weekends. So, I had to leave the store with no refund and hopefully can get this all worked out Monday. Once I got in my car and drove away I got almost home and went to eat my bagel bites to find there was only one order instead of the two I ordered. Needless to say this was not a pleasurable experience.

Just went there today. Drive thru was busy so I get ny 4 year old out of her car seat in the rain to go inside. Waited no one waited on me or even say we will be with you. So I played my donut order on kiosk. The girl 5 mins later asked if I had an order I said yes. She printed the labels and just stuck them to the screen. Then a guy walks in for a coffee. I said it is not faster to come in im here for a little while. A guy comes from the back said we are short staffed. I totally get being short staffed. Then he comes out waits on the guy who just walked in. When he was finishing I asked is someone working on my order. To which the guy got rude we are just 3 of us. I said I understand but I also understand I have been standing here almost 20 mins and you come out and just wait on the guy. If you are not staffed to have both drive thru open and inside. Put a sign on the door that only mobile orders will be inside and all others need to go to the drive thru.

I am not a big fan of Dunkin but wanted some coffee today. As soon as you walk in there, people are just standing around waiting for their food. I waited in the line for what felt like 15 min just waiting for someone to come to the register and notice the long line that formed when they were only making the kiosk orders. All you hear is the employees talking about how they wanna go home and just complaining. None of them seemed as they were management all young girls. As I am watching them make my drink the girl uses the very last of the cold foam on my drink (there wasn’t much in the bottle) she throws the bottle away and doesn’t even open a new bottle to put more cold foam on my drink, she just left it like that. So now I have a drink that has cold creamer instead of cold foam. Awful.

At this point what is the purpose of putting things in the oven? All my food was extremely cold. I’ve been trying not give a bad review but this keeps happening. The hash browns are mushy, the bagels are never toasted even if you ask for double toasted. This sandwich is the Sourdough. The eggs were freezing cold. Like it got taken out of the fridge and put directly on the sandwich. The bread wasn’t toasted more than 30 seconds I bet. The only positive was that the people were pleasant. The negative they made the food. There are standards that are not being met in this place. I’m done.

The cashiers are awesome always pleasant. However this place sucks!! Always a long line of cars no matter what time of day it is. Coffee is either cold, not flavorful or has coffee grinds in it. I told myself this is the last time I’m coming here, I’d rather go to the one in effort. Absolutely too slow. 15-20 minutes in line is unacceptable.

Horrible dunkin. Dunkin should do a quality control audit on these guys. Spent $47 on an order today. Everything they gave in the drive thru was wrong and uncooked. When the order says 4 sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, they gave us uncooked bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. Had to throw away and go to the next breakfast place.

this place is the worst Dunkin in America. Every time I try to give this place a chance about every six months or so they always find a way to make me stop coming back. Don’t waste your time or money every time I go here they never make the coffee order right even when the sticker says what was ordered. I’ve done mobile orders and never get everything I order and can’t get a refund and have to go back. Place is always packed doesn’t matter the time of day. They need to hire a real manager to run this place those poor employees are sinking in quick sand with no one to help them run properly. This location is a joke and it’s unfortunate because it’s the only in that area.

The worst experience I’ve ever delt with. Made my drink wrong so I go inside to get it worked out you know it happens, two girls working I stood there for 25 minutes!!!! Completely looking at me just ignoring me. The head firl telling the other girl oh you made that wrong but it’s fine we will give it to them anyways for a drive thru order.So I just put my drink on the counter and walk out. Absolutely ridiculous
