Typically not one to do bad reviews, but I ordered delivery from here 2 nights in a row because I’m sick thinking surely I wouldn’t have the same issues, but I was wrong. Both times I received an email stating the delivery wasn’t was the store expected, yet both emails with the “offer” did not work. First delivery took an hr and a half and the second took over two hours. Ordered around 8:30 and the pizza didn’t arrive until after 10:30. Tracker was not working and no one was answering the phone. Pizza arrived cold and at the point I felt so bad as a mom because not only did I have to order pizza twice in the row, but it was cold… again. The orders were correct. The drivers were friendly, but unfortunately if ever a next time I will have to pass on delivery and figure out another option for the kids sake.

if I could give zero stars I would!!!!! 1st off my wife walked into the the store for our pick up order and wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes so I had to get out and ask was anybody gonna help her? while standing there we noticed that not one person was wearing gloves to prepare food.i won’t eat from this NASTY establishment again!!!

If I could give negative 1 I would. I placed an order today, I forgot an item and called to add it to my order. I was then told that they are two hours behind even though the system said it’ll be 45 minutes to get my order delivered to me. I still decided to wait patiently for my order and when my order was delivered to the wrong location I called in again to check on my food. I spoke with Mateo, who said he was the general manager. I was met with snarkiness and rudeness. What I can understand is it being tough when your team is behind and you may have dissatisfies customers call in all night. However, I did not call in this way . He simply told me I can cancel your order, as if he didn’t care that I had already waited 2 hours from my food. Then I said are you still going to send me my food ? He said I can remake your food but it’s going to take 2 hours. I said okay and went to ask another question and he hung up on me. After being disconnected twice, I asked him for a contact of someone that I can discuss my concerns because I felt he was being rude at this point to me . He said I wasn’t rude and I’m the only one that handles these kind of concerns. After becoming frustrated, I just simply told him to have a great night and disconnected the call. No one should be treated like this when we’re a paying customers. I will not recommend this location to my worst enemy . And it’s sad because domino’s is my first go to when it comes to Pizza . I guess I need to find a new Pizza company.

This was the worst High cost pizza/ sandwich order. When a customer orders “Extra Cheese on a pizza” it should look like extra cheese/ When they order a sandwich it shouldn’t be burnt and next to little to no meat on it….look at the proof attached….11/28/23/ # 415 / GA 20 location/ time 1145am/ I had to rush back to work so couldn’t afford to wait for this to be recooked…!!

Initially the first lady could never hear clearly so when i spoke up so she could hear i was accused of yelling but I really honestly wasn’t i was trying to speak up because she couldn’t hear me, which resulted in me getting a perfect pizza without a drop of sauce which at this point seems intentional. Next the man at the store i explained to him what happened he said ” I can remake it ” ok cool as I asked him a question i didn’t hear him anymore we called back the phone would pick up but no answer so I called back from another number mind you i paid 50.00 for this service and when he answered the phone and I told him who I was i still didn’t get to answer my question before he just hung up in my face. I’ve got pics and will report this store to the better business bureau

Dominos had 50% off any online pizza order; so I thought I’d give them a try. I ordered a 14” HandToss with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Mushrooms. I went to pick up our pizza, and asked for Parmesan Cheese; the lady said: “That’s $1.90 extra.” I thought she was kidding, but no; (I didn’t get any) so I’ll give them 2 stars for “charging” customers for wanting Parmesan Cheese. And the pizza didn’t have enough sauce on it. So, 3 stars for their pizza, minus 2 stars for “charging extra” for Parmesan Cheese equal 1 star.

The service was okay, but too many burnt/charred areas (the oven temperature is up too high and it needs cleaning) on all the pizzas and bottom of the stuff bread sticks made them taste very bitter. The majority was inedible. So check your pizza before you leave.
