I’ve been in this BK a few times and it’s not been great, but Trisha was able to make today’s visit change my view a little. She’s very kind and understanding, I had been upset and left a horrible review, so I hope this new one helps. Edit for 2/22/26, I got my order wrong and somebody named Jenya got my whopper with extra onions. While they ordered none and added cheese to it. I was on break and had no time to go back and correct the mistake.

Had a great experience at this Burger King today. The man behind the counter was incredibly polite and kind, and he made the best chicken fries I’ve ever had—perfectly fresh and delicious. Thank you for being so welcoming and for making my day a little better. Have a great day!

I’ve been to this location a few times since my previous review (because let’s face it, even with all its issues it’s still better than the one on Merritt Island Causeway.) Anyways, I’m not sure if new employees have been hired or what…but my last few visits I have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service.

This place is filthy…being over run with trash, floors are sticky, the employees are rude, and it takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to receive your order.
P.S If you are brave enough to bring up any of these culinary crimes to a team member, then I suggest you know how to fight.

This is my first time to this Burger King in Merritt Island. It was a little busy. I understand that the workers had to get stuff done. But what I don’t like the manager looked at me twice gave me complete eye contact, he started working on some fries, moving super slow, putting fries inside the container. He should have said one moment please or something or I’ll be right with you but he didn’t so I got upset and walked away. I had to send my husband in to order the food. I was super unhappy with my experience food was super dry .

Just not great. Check your bag at the drive thru. Ordered online. No toy in the kid’s meal. No sauce. Soda had very little ice and wasn’t filled up. Other customizations (add bacon, no tomato, etc.) were done correctly. Counter service might be much better.

Very unsafe environment. Employees talk crap about each other, very unsafe environment i came to eat not hear about employees problems, if I was working here I’d always be stressed knowing everyone talks so low of each other and a sense of job security is very minimal for how they talk about each other. Also here the other day like 3 maybe 4 days ago to a black gentleman Tuesday I believe and the other night Tuesday night the black gentleman and skinny real short older manager lady was running around screaming slamming doors threatening to fire the black gentleman. Very unsafe and threatening work environment. Hopefully next time will be alot better and maybe ill feel more comfortable dining if the hosts were more respectful

Filthy restaurant and the customer service was terrible. Was given the wrong items and they refused to give me the correct items due to the cashier not giving me a receipt. The food I received was terrible dirty fryer grease stained the French fry’s. Jalapeno cheddar bites were still cold in the middle. I was also hung up on when I called to complain.

The place was not very busy but after standing at the counter for 10 min waiting on someone to take our order a lady who seemed in charge came out the rest room and proceeded to take our order. While doing so I felt like she was figity and unfocused almost under a influence of something, repeating things to herself, the staff was not fast about our meal and the whole experience of dining at that burger king just seemed awful . The food was okay though but everything else was not very good.
