Let me start by saying that we love KFC and the person who took my order and delivered it to my car was professional and kind. The disappointment occurred when I arrived home with 2 buckets of chicken and 3 large sides. Our family dinner was 3 adults and 2 children 5 and under. All 3 large sides were less than half full!!! Mashed potatoes, corn and coleslaw. We each only had a tablespoon of each and they were gone. 5 tablespoons of food for almost $6/ large container ? Something is wrong.The small gravy container was the only full container.
I stopped to pick up a requested meal for our grandchildren before they headed home and instead we needed to apologize for the lack of food provided.The chicken was delicious but our grandchildren love the sides.
I did not contact KFC because there was no time to possibly run back. Is it possible they were running out of food for the sides? Whatever the reason, I hope they correct it. Thank you

I don’t exactly know what is going on at this store but my husband who hardly ever has anything to say definitely asked me to leave a review. How did the manager, even become a manager here? She has no people skills and couldn’t be bothered to get off of her personal phone to take our order or get things together. The one associate who was working the front that night was SPECTACULAR!! She should have been the manager in my opinion. The manager didn’t even know how to talk to her employees. Communication is definitely lacking at this place! Some of the food was cold, the ranch that my son was given to dip his tenders in was expired. When ordering we weren’t even given the options to pick what we wanted, the manager (I didn’t catch her name) could have cared less if we got what we actually wanted to eat. we were wasting her time by ordering and were an inconvenience to her.

Prepare to wait a long while. Over 30 minutes. Prepare to not have anything ready, even if you do order ahead. Prepare for a very bad experience. If you value your time, and do not want to burden your day, choose somewhere else.
This all occurred at 10-11 am on a Sunday.
I arrived 10 minutes after my order was placed, did not get a response from the drive thru. Attempted to access the lobby and it was closed.
I pulled back around, waited for another 10 minutes, and then was answered and told it was not ready.
I waited another 10 minutes, attempted to access the lobby again, for pickup, as the associate asked me to park instead of wait for the window, and it was still closed.
Do not come here, It is not worth the trouble.

the delivery complete for pickup however the order was
never completed then after 15 20 mins I asked about the
order they where unaware because they marked it
complete and never made it when I told them this the gray
haired heavy set lady in the back called me a obscenity.
Told me then don’t deliver it then I said I won’t get paid and
they said o well I needed to leave cause I’m rude because I
won’t let them freely infringe upon my valuable time I don’t
get paid to wait for orders. These employees then laughed
about how if they made it it would be 25 to 45 mins if they
did it and started telling each other how they wanted to
have a drink and o man they really needed one. This
location has had several bad experiences in the past and it
seems to be in a very busy area it’s somewhat confusing on how they do so poorly it should be thriving yet no one
enjoys visits to this loaction

Just spent $50.00 on a dinner for two people there. The one and only thing that my wife made sure to ask for is gravy. THEY DIDN’T PUT GRAVY IN THE BAG! I CALLED FROM 5:PM UNTIL 5:17PM AND KEPT GETTING PUT TO A BUSY SIGNAL. We should have known better. The last three times something has been messed up. You can’t even call them to get what was ordered. We are eating cold chicken tonight. 0 stars if I could!!!

Ordered online to pickup for 2:15pm. This was at 1:58pm. I drove the extra miles to get the hot wings because my closest Kfc doesnr carry them. Apparently hot wings and taco bell supplies are just too much for a store. Anyhow, I arrived at 2:10pm so I’m early right? Well, my wings werent even put down for cooking. Perhaps they got forgotten with all the anecdotal talking in the kitchen I overheard. I don’t mind having fun at work but not at the cost of service. Anyway, I walked out with my order at 2:30. No hot sauce available. When I got the wings home, the only way of telling they were recently cooked is because the box was damp and some of the breading was soggy. Otherwise, they looked pretty unappealing.
I recently got similar hot wings from Lees. I believe Lees has KFC’s old hot wing formula perfected. Oh, and the KFC website to order leaves something to be desired. That’ll be my last visit for awhile.

They refused to cook any thing after 9pm . Out of strips and nuggets when we came through and would not let us wait while they made more. Last time I came through here the lady used her hand to catch my ice while trying to pour out some of my drink. I should have known then to not give them another chance.

Okay so, First I wanna start by saying that the food at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic and they do do a very fantastic job there making sure that the food is fresh and actually tasty the other KFC with the long johns in it is not the best and I will never go there myself again because they are disgusting, but the location in Erlanger is absolutely amazing food wise the management though on the other hand that was there the day that I went was absolutely horrendous not only did she ever charged us purposely she wouldn’t even fix the problem that we told her we were overcharged on I didn’t seem to care at all when we brought it up to her attention and tried to tell us that we were wrong when we were most definitely right I work in customer service I know exactly what she was doing but it wasn’t right.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo no pickles. They have me a dry lukewarm sandwich with pickles no mayo. So I had to go back. Asked them again for a chicken sandwich with extra mayo no pickles. They gave me a sandwich wrapped in waxed paper that was filled to the top with probably two whole cups of mayonnaise. I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it because it was literally covered in mayo. They clearly do not care and worse, they get angry when you ask them to make your food properly and make it bad just to spite you.
