not sure what has happened in the past year but the amount you pay for basically just bread now is insane. they prioritize online orders and ignore you until they are made. i’ve had hair in my food when i did decide to online order. hardly any condiments or toppings on a sandwich, like fully just bread in every bite. upsetting and don’t see myself coming here again. feels like employees are more worried about status of the establishment over service quality towards customers.

I went and ordered the new Nachos and got home and took them out of the box and basically there was hardly any chips, a couple specs of steak. It looks NOTHING like the picture at the store. The manager said they don’t give refunds when I tried to return them. DO NOT BUY THEM!!

They have a new way of making sandwiches and you can’t change the order in which the sandwich is made even if you ask them too. The new way make your sauce go to the crack of the sandwich so it taste plane!

As soon as I pulled up to the store the young lady inside was sweeping & shaking her head , basically telling me that they were not taking any more orders. Before I even got out of the car. I got out of the car to check the store hours & when I pulled on the door it was locked. I thought this was so rude. I’m not a begger, I pay for any & all services. They don’t close until 9pm, you should be taking orders until 8:55p not 8:30p. The owner is definitely missing out on money at this location. There’s no telling how many times she’s turned customer around.

Manager (Sydney) of the store was very nasty after I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong store for a pick up for my niece. She was very nasty after I requested a refund and when I asked for her name she told her associate to “just hang up on her” which they did. The unprofessionalism is not caused for a $5 meal.

Ordered protein bowl, got a bowl of tuna that you could see the bottom of the bowl because there were hardly any veggies in it. Asked to be helped with some more veggies and was told “I could get a “pinch” but the rules say you only get so much spinach and lettuce in a protein bowl.” I home with a half empty bowl of food, and I am furious with the service I received here today.

My experience with this establishment was awful. The older Caucasian gentleman that works the morning shift comes out the back wearing blue gloves, he washes the gloves and proceeds to dry them off and add clear gloves over them to fix my sandwich. I politely declined and left

It’s just your average sub sandwich place. The ingredients were fresh , the staff was friendly. Store was clean. Bread is important when you eat a sub. Bread here is just to my liking. Not bad , just not my thing. I was hungry and they filled a void. I appreciated that they were open after hurricane Ida, it was the only food around me.
