Absolutely amazing food and experience at Thai It Up. The curries were rich, perfectly balanced, and full of depth — every bite tasted incredibly fresh and carefully prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, from the vegetables to the proteins and sauces. On top of that, the customer service was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Everything tasted so good, and the portions were very satisfying. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered a Pad Khing with chicken with a homemade ginger sauce that was to die for! . I did specify “Thai hot” for spiciness but unfortunately it was not spicy as it should have been, now I have to say that the food was perfectly cooked & very flavourful. The Thai owners are from the North Eastern part of Thailand and some of the dishes are typically from that area which are different than the rest of Thailand.( Yummy ) I loved the food and feel very grateful to have that little hole in the wall in Sooke! Loved it!

We’re on vacation in Vancouver Island and tried this place. The first time, we ordered fried rice and shrimp rolls. It was delicious! We decided to stop by again before heading back to Ontario. It didn’t disappoint. It’s the best spring rolls I’ve ever had so far. I’d give 11 stars if I could! The thai tea is pretty good, too. Good view nearby!

Really good authentic Thai food. Nice and friendly staff. We’re ordered Spring Rolls,they were crispy, hot and perfectly fried, the Pad Thai shrimp was delicious. The Som Tum was my favorite dish. Highly recommend.

We are so lucky to have this little treasure in Sooke. Everything we have tried is so delicious and fresh. Spice levels are wonderful! The spring rolls are some of the best I’ve ever had. If you haven’t tried it yet, go now!

We ordered prawn pad thai and panang chicken (out of the salmon), both dishes a perfect balance of flavours, very friendly staff. Perfect end to a great visit to Sooke from Brentwood Bay. We will be back!

Finally got a chance to try the Thai it up food truck. The Crab Rangoon was tasty and delicious. We had the fried rice with chicken didn’t need any sauce. The slice of lime and cucumbers were a great addition. Will definitely be back to try other items.

An absolute gem for cordova! This new Thai restaurant has such good food. I am part Thai, and the food is truly authentic.
The spring rolls were hot and crispy, the pad Thai was so good! The som tum (papaya salad) was our favourite dish for our whole family. It came with the best lemongrass chicken, so juicy and with actual lemongrass! My sister is vegan and they were so accommodating!!
They only do take out which was perfect as we had a picnic on the lawn across the restaurant. Highly recommended!

I ordered some takeout to try this place out. We had an amazing order of Chicken Pad Thai, spring rolls, and Tom Kha. Everything was hot and delicious. We’ll be back for sure!
