Our first time at this location. We ordered 6 food items, 1 drink and 2 sauces. We they informed us that our order was ready. I found that it was missing a specialty drink that they make in back. When I went to our table, we also discovered that our cinnamon twists and 2 sauces were missing, so we needed to go back up to the counter. The food was good but can’t anyone correctly do their job? Just double check the order before giving it to the customer?

We ordered lunch here and had it delivered. It’s your typical Taco Bell. Sadly, the regular size drink is the size of a small. They are pricey. This is definitely why we don’t go here very much. The food doesn’t warrant the price they charge. But I guess in a pinch it will suffice. The bowl of cheesy potatoes was by far the best thing from our order.

Usually pretty good. Today I can tell that the guy with the long dreads was one who messed up my order. He wrapped all the food sloppily and was missing items from my order and also didn’t even wrap some items. Handed me the food unprofessionally as well. He needs to be fired. Everyone else was professional and kind.

3 steak soft shell supremes, with only 1 out of 3 with tomatoes, maybe 1 tsp of meat on one, the other 2 had less, mostly lettuce and a smidgen of sour cream and cheese. My drink was 2/3 ice Not worth $12.09. Maybe $1 I asked for the receipt, she told me it was in the bag – it was not. Worse ever experience at a Taco Bell I have ever had. It was the most money for lettuce and not much else.

Honestly, I had absolutely no intention of ever leaving this Taco Bell a Google review but at my most recent visit, service was beyond exceptional that I just had to come on here and put five stars. Never have I been welcomed with such a positive and helpful attitude. Shout out to Hamzi.

Drive through was pretty quick. Friendly service. Trouble starts when I get home. Mexican pizza, the box was a bit crushed on one side, so when I opened it, the cheese was stuck to the box lid, not cool. Then go to open the steak quesidillia (sp) looked like someone just threw it in the bag! It wasn’t laid out long and flat in the package like it usually is, very disappointing. Got 2 tacos w/lettuce and meat, those were correct, but, but, one taco, when you went to pick it up, it stuck to the paper, cracked, couldn’t even eat it like it was a taco. Had to eat it in pieces. Now, if I was driving a ways to get home, I could she the taco, maybe ending up like that, but I’ll literally 7-10 mins away. No reason that taco s/h done that. I called, spoke my peace. Mike, the mgr offered to replace my meal. He was understanding, also said they were doing training. Ok, I get it, but it just seemed like the trainees didn’t take any care to pay attn to their training. Hopefully, they’ll have it down on the next visit.
Oh, another thing, the sauce packets we got, were all sticky, like one may have exploded, but sure but they were nasty.

Come on Taco Bell . You aren’t cheap anymore. $6.99 for a “steak”quesadilla and only 75% of the product. This has happen more than once. Please train the workers better
