Sorry as hell!!! I pulled up at 1:42 in the drive thru to an automated “We’re closed” message. Waited there for a few minutes for to come. Pulled up to drive thru window and blew my horn waiting again for a few minutes. I could see a girl sitting in the lobby on her phone. I pulled around and another girl came to the door with a horrible attitude talking about “We’re closed.” I let her know it was 1:45 and she said “we close at 2.” I reiterated the time and she said “we don’t have anymore food.” It was also another person in the kitchen watching. 3 people and all can’t do their job. Lazy as helllllll, bet you they had their food made and ready to go. MIND YOU ONLINE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 3!!!

The Hispanic man with the pony tail at the drive thru customer service was horrible. I wouldn’t be surprise if he was doing something to customers food. He got mad because I asked him for another drink my Pepsi was flat.

I usually find a reason to give stars. The one star is for convenience. It was on the way home. The young lady at the window sounded as if she was bored, incredibly depressed or my husband said “give her a break, maybe they’re being held up”. We asked what was a quesalupa. Apparently it’s “like a taco”. One shell or two.. “one mam” LIES! It was nothing like the description we pulled from her. Are we the only people that didn’t know what this was? And why is the regular quesadilla always 1/4 filled or is that just this taco bell? Would you like sauce? We say “yes please, medium “. We get nothing. And we paid 10.00 plus for this dining experience. Picture is an actual quesalupa…for those that don’t know.

Didnt special order any of our items and yet all of them were lacking. I suppose I should be glad they didn’t forget anything or give us cold food. On second thought I wouldn’t be surprised if they just put old food in a heating station. My wife and kids are hungry after a long day and that’s the only reason we took this food. Will not return to this location.

It’s cleanish , nothing alarming. The food was ok, it was really soggy and I had eaten it right away.
Overall frustration came when I have a gift card and they say they don’t know how to use it. I get some branches don’t take gift cards or whatever but that wasn’t the case I asked him specifically and he said he just didn’t know how to use it. Kind of frustrating that the employees don’t know what to do.
