I visited this donut shop recently, and although my order was initially wrong, they quickly corrected it and gave me the right donut without any hassle. I went later in the morning, and while the service was efficient, the workers didn’t seem very happy to be there, which dampened the atmosphere a bit. I understand there was a line out the door the entire time I was there, but the employees were lacking in customer service. That said, they had a great variety of donuts and sweet treats, plus plenty of merchandise for sale.

5 stars across the board! I did not realize this location existed until I was on my way to Mackinaw City with my daughter and grandson. They had never been to a Cops and Doughnuts location! Well of course I had to introduce them to a line of doughnuts that should be a crime all in themselves! You definitely have some new customers! They loved them so much that we had to stop on our way back through to get some to take home! The cherry blossoms and the chocolate iced long johns are the best! Oh! Did I mention the staff? The staff was super amazing and they had fresh coffee!! Thank you for adding a sweet addition to our small getaway vacation! We will be back!!!

Stopped in for quick breakfast donuts and coffee. Kind of a neat place with police memorabilia.
Stopped in about 700 am or so. My glazed donut was dry. Like very dry. It looked excellent but was dry. Maybe got a day old one?? Had a bacon long John also which was good. Did I mention the glazed donut was…..dry.
Coffee cup was cool looking but the coffee itself was like coffee from a Super 8 lobby.

So many doughnuts!! A number of local regulars were having their coffee and doughnuts when we arrived and were very welcoming to us. A lot of history, badges and info in the store too.

As safety guy, my job is to bring doughnuts to start the day…Ive been all over the country, been to tons of doughnut shops, but this one, seriously, probably the best. Keep up the great job! Limited doughnut selection but definitely some of the better apple fritters I’ve had. The guy bagging donuts was nice. The lady next to him ringing up purchases wasn’t polite and seemed like I was bothering her when I wrote an undeserving tip for her. Didn’t even thank me.

Got the bacon long john and it was fantastic. Also grabbed a pack of peanut butter cookies to go. They were phenomenal and wish I bought more to try.
They have a good selection of donuts and cookies. Worth the stop!
