I got boba here and the boba was hard it wasnt even soft! My burger meat tasted like STRAIGHT UP CHEMICALS! And Ive been here many times and they always mess up my boba order but at least the boba was soft. I wouldn’t recommend getting food here and recommend the jack in the box on grant line instead

I’m very sad to write this since im not one to leave reviews on places but this was just disappointing. I came back to home from a long shift at work in Pleasanton and I went to this jack in the box for some food, I ordered a large combo meal #14. I don’t bother to check the food when it was given to me since I was used to the service they gave and trusted the food. When I got home I was so disappointed because my large curly fries were not large. Maybe they heard me wrong and thought I said small but I looked at my receipt and was charged a large fry. $15 dollars for that.

Ordered from the mobile app the Build Your Own Munchie Meal. I noticed you get more with this meal than the typical Ultimate Cheeseburger meal. You can get two tacos with the ultimate cheeseburger meal and it’s cheaper. Food was warm, I got an iced mocha, and it was all pretty tasty. I went through the drive thru, so I can’t say much for the atmosphere, unless you refer to my own car. I saw they are advertising some kind of Gremlins midnight meal, which has me intrigued. You get an air freshener with it. Not sure I want to know what a Gremlin smells like, since you can’t really wash it. But tempted either way.

drive through always packed and when you walk in no one in line but they have you standing at register for a while and tacos are mostly stale the last 3 times i got tacos they were either tasting funny or stale. The self serve drink machine only had coke and even that was off (missing flavor). Overall i’ve used this jack in the box for sometime already and every time something is always always not right.

Ordered 6 tacos through the app and only recieved 5 tacos and 1 folded used taco wrapper. Additionally, I noticed the bottom corner of the bag had a good sized cut in it. It’s highly likely someone snuck a taco out of my bag without anyone noticing and disposed of the evidence back into my bag. To whoever touched my food, I hope you get fired.

The service through the drivetru was MISERABLE.
Dude taking order very distracted took my order wrong. He didn’t care. I got down and complained they didn’t apologize or even say something about THEIR mistake..

The 11th St Tracy location needs help in more ways than one. When I arrived there was 1 car in the drive thru & no one inside so why did it take 15+ minutes to fill my order? My side salad lacked most of the ingredients despite made fresh on the spot. I should have looked in my bag before leaving. My tacos were empty & greasy. The server attempted to give me salsa that was hot having sat on a shelf in plain view. When she disgruntingly went to the fridge for salsa, she tried to tell me “this doesn’t have to be refrigerated” then why is it kept in the refrigerator? Remember I was the only customer at first now there’s 6 others who haven’t placed their order & I can hear the drive thru car horns blowing. There were 4 staff trying to run this location & it’s now lunchtime. I just want out! I give them credit as the place was clean. Fast food is still food that should be palatable & service should be customer friendly. What would Jack say??
