After a very fun shopping day at the Antique Malls in Lewisburg, we wandered into town looking for lunch. We happened upon the Bull Run Tap House. They have a great beer selection so I tried a flight of 5 dark beers which were all good. The food was very good — a burger for my husband and soup & salad for me. It has a very relaxing atmosphere with friendly service. We will definitely return.

Great spot in “downtown” Lewisburg. We have visited plenty, sometimes just for beer and snacks and sometimes to dine for lunch or dinner.

The food and beverage quality is surprisingly good. Great burgers!

The service is good.

The atmosphere is plenty nice, tavern-like.

Overall, always a very good experience.

Wonderful food and service! My mom and I stopped in for lunch and there was no crowd so our food arrived very quickly. I had the Bull Run Melt with chips and my mom had the Shrimp Tacos with fries. Generous portions and tasted great!

Good bar food with a taste for a reasonable price. Had 10 good seasonal apple butter wings tasted great could have had a little bit more sauce on but really good. The women got a specialize burger with bacon mayo, pickles and something I don’t recall but she loved it. This burger came with delicious beer battered fries. All of this and two soda around 35 bucks.
Service was good, restaurant was clean, we will be back to try items for sure!

Looking for someone to cater for your special event or party?! Be sure to call Bull Run and ask for Abby in the Catering Department!! She is amazing to work with! I called there and asked about catering for our small office work Christmas party and they were more than willing to help us out. Worked with us to help us find the best options for us food wise and really worked to give us the best deal possible with the price! The food was absolutely delicious with very generous portions! They were so helpful when I went to go pick it up. They carried it all out to my car for me. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Went here for a fun family outing, and excited to eat here from all the good reviews. Once we stepped in it took 5 minutes to get seated, there were only 2 other tables with people. Once we sat down and asked for gluten free options the lady didn’t know what gluten free was and only suggested salads because surely there gluten free, right? Nope some of the topping were gluten. We also ordered 2 hamburgers with gluten free buns, the waitress gave us hamburgers with gluten buns and it took 20 minutes to get replacements. Moral of the story don’t come here. Service is bad, it’s really slow, and the food is overall overpriced and underwhelming.

Nice place with a long list of microbrew beers on tap. They let you taste before you commit, and you can also choose a tasting flight. Service at the bar was friendly and attentive. The food was OK. My black bean burger was tasty but served tepid, but the onion rings were some of the better I have gotten. I will be back next time I am in the area to try other beers and maybe have better luck with the food.

Right from the start, the 14 year old hostess had an attitude because I asked for a different table. 15 minutes to get a server, 15 minutes to get our mediocre food. My Ruben sandwich was a steak of corned beef. The quesadillas was supposed to come with salsa but it was just big chunks of canned tomatoes. On a side note, mens room was absolutely disgusting, probably not tended to for several days. I can only imagine was the kitchen looks like….

Oy. Service 1/10, a young girl named Dave took care of us.
Food order was wrong. Never offered a refill. Never saw her til she asked if we wanted dessert, after we stacked our plates making it obvious we were done.
Pictured is my “lettuce wrap” I ordered for my burger- not wanting bread.
