Had an amazing experience at Sushi Bros in Meridian! We went for lunch but chose the all-you-can-eat dinner option since it has more choices, and everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The quality and variety of sushi were excellent and absolutely worth it.
Our server Imiko truly made the experience—she was such a sweet lady, very attentive and friendly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. I went with my mom, and we both had a wonderful dining experience.
Great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend Sushi Bros if you’re looking for great sushi in Meridian. We’ll definitely be back!

We have to come to love Sushi Bros at both locations. And can we just TALK about their Shrimp Teriyaki Bowl?!? Wow their fried rice is probably some of the best I have EVER had. We also enjoyed a few sushi rolls and they were great!
There isn’t a ton of seating room at this location – but they did the best they could with the smaller space. I love that they have sushi, bowls and full on dinner plates. There is really something for everyone!
Give them a try! The staff is so friendly – you won’t be disappointed!

Just finished a GRET lunch at Sushi Brothers. Very nice staff and really good rolls for lunch. Reasonable prices. Definitely coming back soon for the all you can eat. Not much left of the lunch today.

My friend and I really wanted to like it.
The places is in a very cute spot, parking is very limited. I really enjoyed raw sushi rolls they were amazing, but the baked ones weren’t my favorite.
The lady who first served us and sat us down was very sweet. But the gentleman that served as our Sushi was kind of rude. My friend and I weren’t sure if we offended him somehow or didnt say thank you loud enough but his attitude shocked us.
I want to let anyone know right now it’s worth a try maybe you’ll like it, you got to give it at least one chance.
Unfortunately my friend and I will probably not go back.

Everything we ate was amazing! It was our first time and we couldn’t stop ordering because everything we ate was so good! The flavors were incredible and we even had mussels and they were melt in your mouth fantastic! Highly recommend!
