I have to say, I’ve eaten Sesame Chicken all around the US, and never has anyone asked how spicy do I want it. I like alittle spice in my life. I got mine medium spicy, it’s perfect. I also like a lot of broccoli, this has plenty of broccoli. The sauce and chicken are very flavorful too.

The food was good but unfortunately the service was not great. I am not sure if they had staffing issues or if this is their normal way of operating, but when we were there, there was a girl working the register and I believe she was the waitress, and busser, and doing all front of house work. I say “I believe” because even with nobody in line, we were not brought drinks until I approached the register and asked. We had to ask for silverware, and chopsticks. The service was not good, at all.
I also was asked by a man standing in front of the liquor store next door if I wanted to buy drugs. So, that was neat.
The food was good, and I would eat it again. Maybe takeout is a better idea next time.

Black pepper shrimp and the house fried rice are amazing. Portion sizes are great. The service is also incredible. My wife and I have been going here for months now and the owner always recognizes us and remembers our dietary restrictions (no alcohol in the food).

Grabbed Zume in desperation on my way home from the airport. What a hidden gem! The chicken satay was unbelievably good and the portions were large. Additionally I asked the server to surprise me with a dish and she served the Singapore Curry noodles with chicken OMG so good. They were light, airy but full of flavor. Definitely going to stop by every time I get Costco gas or am on the way back from the airport at lunch or dinner. Also staff was so friendly. Wish I had photos but I scarfed my food down

Update: 3rd Qrtr 2025
2nd visit this year and saddened to be told my favorite dish on the menu, Beef Rendang is no longer available. (No wait for my order as soon as I sat down, but then, took awhile to decide which to get after the sad Beef Rendang news.)
There is a change in management but, overall, food is still .

Overall, changes noticed was better lighting .
There were MORE diners, definitely a + as having Zume continue business is for this area.

One of our ALL-TIME favorite food spot and this time, I am hoping, will become my friend’s, too!
Friday afternoon meet-up and there were diners there even before us before 4pm.
Still, no wait for a table and a very friendly/warm welcome.

Beef Rendang
Boba drink and a soda.
What else can I say but, it was a treat truly to end a hectic work week. My friend is now a Zume-convert lover! She the Boba and like me, had a bagful of dinner to go.

Still enjoying our favorite Zume in all these years. Have added a new favorite, Beef Rendang. For those that may second guess themselves due to the unique dish name, I will urge you strongly to try this dish. The sauce alone is to die for….super flavorful!
Of course, this does not mean all our other favorite items on their menu have been set aside. On the contrary, we have just added frequency of our take-out days to enjoy the different dishes we love.
If you are a first timer to Zume, you can’t go wrong with the Chicken Satay, Combination Fried Rice, Green Curry Chicken, Penang Chicken, Beef Rendang, Lo Mein…..just try them and experience why we have been loooong Zume customers.

Many return visits and have always gotten our “usual favorites” but, tonight, a mix-up in my order had me taking-out the Penang Curry (Chicken, was my meat choice) instead of my intended Green Curry Chicken.
Never been so happy with a mix-up because the Penang Curry is now another favorite.
It is creamy, spicy yet sweet, perfect for rice pairing. Surprisingly, the different vegetables in the dish is what I love the most.
Oh, we also have Sweet and Sour Chicken, but have to hold off on my review as my focus was on the Penang Curry. Yes, it was that good.
This little gem of a place (fronting the Crown Plaza hotel) could easily be missed, even more with the inside a bit dark w/their lighting.

Our go-to “to go”…..for quick delicious dinners. Love their House Fried Rice (shrimp is our favorite) , Green Curry Chicken and XO Chicken Combo. But the best is their customer service. Very fast AND always with a smile.

Denver was only supposed to be a connection airport on the way home, but weather happened and I had to stay the night. Was very tired and hungry when I got to the hotel, the front desk suggested this place.

Food is below par. Not terrible by any means but almost disappointing. The pad Thai was underwhelming but a good portion size. My two kids and I shared it and still had some left overs for another day. We didn’t finish what portions we had though because like I said, underwhelming. The Vietnamese egg rolls tasted like they weren’t made fresh. The outer shell tasted stale and hard to chew. That was disappointing because I was most excited about ordering the rolls. The shrimp tempura was mid. Really odd was the sauce they chose to give with it. I’m not sure what it was but it was orange with a mayo taste to it. The shrimp tempura definitely had the same taste as the boxed frozen ones from the grocery store. I chose it on grub hub because of the reviews. Another thing to note with delivery is that they do their own delivery. So you are unable to track it and they must not see or just completely disregard delivery notes. I have no contact delivery and they knocked on my door to hand it to me. Not a huge deal for me but I have no contact delivery for a reason. All in all, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this place again.

Love this restaurant! It’s pretty close to where I work, and there aren’t a lot of Thai options in the area so was SO happy when I discovered Zume!! I usually get the Drunken Noodles with tofu and veggies, but there are a number of vegan options. The service is fantastic, and the restaurant has recently been remodeled and looks great. Highly recommend.
