I put in a mobile order around 11:50pm on 1/4/26 and when I got there, there was a few cars in front of me and it turns out that one of them had put in a $300 order in the Drive-Thru on third shift while they were only staffed with two people but they were so amazing and as quick as possible, and the manager was so nice. They got me out in less than 20 min and didn’t mess up anything, she went back inside and got me extra sauces and just had a overall positive attitude, and she definitely needs a raise cause getting out a line of cars plus make a 300$ order and doing it all correctly is unheard of! Thank you to the two crew members who made it a positive experience

Completely slammed on Christmas Eve, being one of the only restaurants still open in BG at 10:30PM… They had one poor gentleman running the entire store (speaker, first and second window). As someone who has personally experienced that sort of work environment during the holidays—he was doing fantastic, but his managers/corporate should be ashamed! Despite the long wait, my mobile order was still warm and my drink was correct. I wish I caught the man’s name so I could mention him personally, but I hope he gets a good break for Christmas!

I have to say that this location is the reason Burger Kings are shutting down across the country. I’ve been here many times and service has been spotty with time to get a meal from order to in my hand.. but this trip took the cake. There was no one inside the restaurant and only a car or two in line and it still took 15 minutes for an egg sandwich and some raggedy French toast sticks. Do better.

Lady at the window at about 2am (Feb 6th) was so unprofessional. Acted like she hated her job, made 4 cars wait in line for 20 minutes and took care of 2 door dash drivers and another person and made us wait 10 more minutes while they dealt with the other person, and then had to wait 10 MORE minutes for our food . Absolutely ridiculous. It was a lady named Brittany with a piercing in her lower lip and some guy that was no where to be seen . They work at a fast food restaurant for a reason, to serve people the food they order .
Also, what’s the point in having people pull up past the building for 2 cheeseburgers, some fries and nuggets when no one else is in front or behind them.

I guess I got there at shift change. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker to order. Moved to pay window and was told to go to next window. Another long wait and the same woman came, got my card, disappeared and returned minutes later. Food was hot and good, service wasn’t.

Was in there to get some breakfast about 4-5 days after the snow hit, and the Hispanic woman who’s a manager there, don’t know her name, was being rude, and was acting like she didn’t know what I wanted to order. When I went up there, she told me”mi hablo no ingles” even tho she was speaking perfect English to the guy in front of me that ordered before me. I got my food, but I’m starting to reconsider this place if their workers act like they don’t know how to act towards certain people. They needa hire professionals at this location in order to earn respect from those who go there for breakfast on certain occasions.

Only two other people being served and one was a manager who clearly wasn’t checked in at the cash register basically cutting in line to be served. You served both people while my biscuits were sitting under a heat lamp for clearly at least 3 hours??? Biscuits were rock hard. And the manager agreed they were inedible. A 15-minute wait is ridiculous. Unapologetic incompetence.

I don’t know which Burger King is worse. This one or the one on Scottsville Road. They have got to be the worst restaurants in the entire city of Bowling Green, KY. I’m a regular Door Dasher and I try and avoid orders, especially at night, from this store like the plague. You will wait in the drive through for AT LEAST 20 minutes, usually longer, and the night crew is rude as hell
