I’ve went through this drive thru many times over. It’s a pleasant experience each time. I usually encounter a young lady named Riley. I wanted to give her a shoutout because she deserves it.
She’s very kind, inventive and does A amazing job. The whole team is good. My food is fresh, fast, and never fails to give me the extra things
Napkins, condiments, you name it. In an age where most places toss your food in, and want you out of the drive thru quickly, this place doesn’t do that.

I tried to order food thru the drive thru on foot at 3am. I called and informed them that I was driving a uhual and they informed me to repark the uhual I was driving and walk up to the 2nd window. It would have been easier to answer thru the speaker at the drive thru.

Went to drive thru around 5 am. Was ask to wait . It was about a 2 min wait. I ordered went to window 2 to pay.. then drove to window to pick up order waited there approximately 2 min.the order was cold hash browns very cold like they sat out for awhile. Lady at window was not very nice. Like I was an inconvenience to her… poor poor service.

I purchased breakfast on the app almost 2 weeks ago. The order was placed before 10:30am but by the time I got to the drive thru speaker it was a few minutes after 1030. They did not make my order and refused to get it for me. They were rude and told me that in 3 days I would get a refund. I left and called to speak with the manager who refused to let me get a word in and continued to repeat that I would get a refund in 3 days. I then called the corporate number, however I have yet to hear back from them despite them telling me I would get a call. There are several McDonald’s in our area I will look for one that is not owned by this LLC. I will never go to their McDonald’s again. The customer service is the worst.

The tires here are hot and miss, but be aware that if you place your order on the app, they may substitute and just not tell you. So, if you have your heart set on something you ordered in the app, you better skip the drive-thru & walk in to check your order. They are very nice employees to your face, but just don’t seen to care about quality or accuracy at this location.

Went to this McDonald’s on December the 24th 3 o’clock, nothing open but to drive through. And this totally sucks, and it’s not acceptable. I will not come back plus the back. They were out of half their soft drinks again , totally unacceptable in poor management runs this place

Good coffee I typically do not eat the food. On occasion I will get a breakfast sandwich with that said I do like there black coffee. If would be nice if they brought back healthy choices. We all need to eat healthy and plant based natural diets.

Placed an online order that was accepted and the restaurant is just closed with paper taped to the windows. Spend the last of my money on this and they say refunds will take a week. No lunch for me I guess. Won’t be coming back
