Food Panda is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The flavor can be a little bit on the sweet side for me, but overall the food is tasty and the prices are very reasonable. The portions are generous for what you pay, which makes it great value.
What makes the experience even better is the staff. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and always willing to give helpful recommendations. It feels warm and welcoming every time I visit. I especially want to mention Aiesa, whom I met today. She was so lovely and even explained the membership program to me so I could enjoy discounts. I really appreciate her help and left feeling very impressed!

Every single person that worked in this store for order number 459212 are the rudest group of children that I have ever seen run a store in my life. All of their mouths are sarcastic in the next time. Garret rolls his eyes because he’s too lazy to make any tea when it’s still an hour and a half to close I’m sure someone needs to know how that place is and how bad these kids did y’all need to run the store or running it I would rather drive six hours to find panda express and ever deal with this place honestly, I’m fixing to stop coming altogether

The absolute worse
place ever. They could not have made any more mistakes if they tried. Ordered on line at 4:00 pm for 5:15 pickup. Arrived at 5:a at 5:45 still no food. I explained that my 93
Year old Dad was left home alone because news flash I was picking up FAST Food that was already preordered. 50 minutes late my food is supposedly done . I looked in bag and order was not only completely incorrect. There was only 1 meal and one side when i ordered two 3 entree plates smd egg rolls. Response from worker oh they gave your order mistakenly to a drive through customer. We dont have egg rolls do you will have to wait. No I cannot wait my Dad is Home alone and it is now dark! I csnt get my money back because you guessed it ai would have to wait in line for Manager behind two there customers trying to get their money back. I took the food they offered got hone and Every Single item was inedible. The fried toce was white and in clumps and cold. That is right stone cold. I am calling the Heath department tomorrow and recommend they do a spot check on this restaurants food safety practices. This is no joke folks food poisoning is very very dangerous to older people. Hopefully my Dad will not get food poisoning. I took it away from him as soon as I realized everything wad cold and clumped.,

Went on 2/18/26 at 925pm. Tan Girl with black hair rolled her eyes (drive through) when I asked for soy sauce. Extremely rude like we bothered her coming when they weren’t closed yet. I got the orange chicken. My husband got the beef with broc. He is projectile vomiting today and that’s the only thing he ate yesterday due to heavy work load. I am officially never going here again and I suggest if you’re hungry, go elsewhere. Long wait times. Sometimes 45 mins in the drive through. Only happy person I’ve seen is a blond male in the drive through who’s always peppy and friendly. I appreciate him but the other Ms. attitude girl – she needs to be fired and maybe get a job on a farm not working around people. Sucks because the one is Jacksonville is always on point, no wait times, and very clean environment.

Panda Express is a great spot for some quick and delicious Asian food. IMHO, it’s the Chipotle for Asian food. It is just really good quality and flavorful. They always have fresh dishes ready to go. The egg rolls are top-notch, too.

Ordered a large honey walnut shrimp barely got a medium’s worth serving. Did some research online kind of normal that they don’t really fill the box. Ordered from this same panda express again but this time all cart and they shorted me on both Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp and a small serving they’re skimpy with their portions, not worth my money. Extremely frustrated that I pay extra and get less.

I’ve come here numerous times and have always had a decent experience. I never been treated with such disrespect from a drive-through before. I ordered my food and asked if they could put sweet-and-sour sauce, soy sauce, or duck sauce if they have any. I pulled up to the window, paid, and checked my bag to make sure the sauces were there. Often times fast food places forget things like that which is totally fine. So I double check. I noticed there’s just a few packets of sweet-and-sour sauce. So I waited at the window for her to open again and ask her politely if there’s anyway I could get some soy sauce. She turned around, grabs a heap of sauces with both hands full, they are literally falling out of her hand outside of my car and just shoves it in my hand, roll her eyes and close the window. I wish she got an attitude because I asked for something crazy and took up so much of her time. But I just asked for soy sauce, like I initially did when I ordered. Usually the drive-through is quite nice. I have never seen her before, she is incredibly rude and needs to Not work drive-through. She had dark hair, and this was at 5 PM today.

Panda Express food was good, but the customer service was awful. The front counter employee, Madison, acted annoyed the moment we walked in and rushed us through the order like she couldn’t wait for us to leave. No friendliness, no patience, just attitude.
I asked for spring rolls and Madison offered zero help, no ETA, and no alternative suggestion. Other Panda Express locations at least communicate or offer options. This wasn’t a kitchen issue, it was front counter service. We won’t be back if this is how customers are treated.

I went to this establishment at 8:45 pm. They only had 5 options to choose from and those options were old, dried out and almost completely empty. They didn’t offer to make anything fresh. One of the guys was on his cell phone and the other guy was just standing around. If this is the way your employees do it on a Saturday night…close at 8:00 instead of 10:00 or better yet find better employees.
