I go thru Hardee,s drive threw almost every morning. Some times the lines are long but that’s ok. Today 12/22/25 I got there about 9 am. No lines but lots of people inside. The drive up window cashier was name Melissa according to my receipt. She was very sweet and my order ready. I know that most people are inpatient so I wanted to give you a good but honest review. Thanks Melissa and thank you Hardees.

The GM doesn’t act like a GM, she accepts the crappy running of restaurant. She needs to get her store and her crew together. It shouldn’t take 40 mins and a customer saying something plus another 10 mins and then get cold food!

Staff ordered breakfast from here on 2/18/26. Chicken biscuit was burnt and too hard to eat. Paid .70 for a hard yellow tomato that couldn’t eat, food was unwrapped throwed into bag. Hashbrowns on th we bottom under 3 biscuits and gravy and 3 biscuit sandwiches.
GM Susan was rude and disrespectful when called about the order. When I notified the corporate office they also blew it off. I will not be back and I will spread the word.

This lady named Suzanne that works the drive thru is the most sweetest caring worker they have . When shes running the drive thru I give them a 5 star rating she is excellent to her customers!!!! I absolutely adore her and I love when shes working she is amazing and friendly !

I ordered the Candied Maple Bacon before and it was delicious… I spoke with Jenny the manager over the phone twice saying that they gave me the right bacon. I explained that this is regular bacon twice now and she continued to say this was the Candied bacon. 100% regular bacon. I told her to tell the cook and seems like she didn’t do that the first go around. Bad service I believe. There might be a lot of mad people getting the wrong thing.

Takes forever to get food, horrible customer service, rude to the old folks, you gonna ask them why they are taking so long and they will make some lie up talking about there’s a rush when no one is even at the restaurant, obviously horrible management. 7:00 January 19th absolutely garbage. Whoever Xpient is was trippin, no manners. They done told me months before it would be 10 minutes, it was 30 minutes for biscuits to be made and they was cussing at some real old man, probably 80. Like seriously bad fast food restaurant.

Good morning I am a regular customer at this location in Elizabethton Tn…I was there around 9 am went inside to order.drive thru was backed up it was me and two others in line.we was standing there for around 15 minutes or longer .The guy in front of turned around and said don’t look like they have anyone running the store I said I see that.so I spoke up my exact words was excuse me can we get some help on front counter. The guy running drive thru came around and said we doing all we can do we are trying to move drive thru .I said I understand that but we are customers also can we get some help he said we’re doing all we can so you can leave my store i said no I’m going to order my food he nope I’m calling the cops you can leave i said WOW really and left in no shape or fourm should they call the police on a customer that’s not doing any wrong except trying to order i need someone from corporate please contact me about this matter Thank you

Went inside to place an order this morning the fellow behind the counter literally ignored me. Shuffling trays on the counter gathering them ect. Then started assembling a drive through order. When I asked him to take my order he refused.
I tried to call to speak to management but line is down.
Don’t go in! Drive through only if you must have their food.

We’ve only recently began eating at hardees and must say this location has been a shining star for customer service, efficiency, and quality. The employees are all exceptional examples of true southern hospitality and grace.
