Wow “ Soroush”!!
What a New Gem we have on 2790 E Flamingo Rd.
it replaced American Gypsy establishment.
Fabulous Food from Persian roots. Very Low moderate prices so I ordered lots, From very flavourful tender Rack of Lamb with Basmati Rice to Elephant ear desserts and a triple Salmon from the Sea to a diced Fresh Onion, tomatoes, cucumber salad and homemade Felafels that where fresh, very light and crunchy. Oh heavens my taste buds are still salivating as I am writing this. Oh, I can’t wait to go back. This will be my go to Place for a long time.
I want to, especially thank the owners Mr A Soroush & brother Ardeshir, and handsome very attentive Nasser for a wonderful beautiful enchanted evening. They have a stage with a large screen TV playing beautiful Persian Soft and inviting romantic music with beautiful people and scenery in it. If I knew how to Tango that’s what I’d be doing.
(any beautiful women out there that love to tango then see Nasser) he loves tango!

Go go and visit this restaurant you’ll have a nice enchanting wonderful evening. PS, it’s quiet!

God bless & protect !

My husband and I have been here twice now and we will be back again. The food is to die for!!! We were the only ones who were eating when we arrived but we did go at an odd lunch time so we had the whole place to ourselves. I think the husband-wife owner team served us and they were very kind and also accommodating. I ordered a tea, shish kabob and then we ordered the saffron pistachio ice cream. The food is so fresh and flavored perfectly. The meat was tender and the veggies were grilled to perfection. My tea was delicious and fresh and the best part was the ice cream. I’ve never had saffron ice cream before but it’s now my favorite. We love the ambiance here. There is a stage where I imagine is live music but while we were there, Arabic music was playing and I loved listening to it. Can’t wait to come back. Oh yeah, the booths were very spacious and comfortable and the serving size for the price is worth it.

We had the Kabab Koobideh (which is ground beef kabob skewers, rice, and grilled tomatoes) and the beef soltani (which is one ground beef skewer and one flat filet mignon/tenderloin piece with rice and grilled tomatoes).

Everything was delectable. The beef was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. Every bite was juicy and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that they use quality meat. I can’t speak on the chicken kabobs but if their beef kabobs are any indication, the chicken should be just as good. The rice was also cooked perfectly. At a lot of Persian restaurants I’ve been to, the rice is usually undercooked or lacking in flavor and the meat is either too dry or lacks the appropriate seasoning. But this place does both right. They also serve black tea after a meal if you ask.

The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is also a nice place to bring family or friends to. It would also work well for a small event (80-100 people).

If you’re looking for high quality, delicious Persian food, I strongly recommend Soroush.

The food was generally okay. The portion was smaller than I expected. The chicken wasn’t cooked well though. The kobideh was better than the chicken. The service was not professional. They had difficulty managing 5 tables.

Expectations were absolutely met and exceeded. From the moment we arrived, the service was fabulous—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel taken care of without being overbearing, which really set the tone for a great experience.
The food came out piping hot and was beyond tasty. Every bite was full of rich, authentic flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned.
You can tell this place takes pride in both their cuisine and their hospitality. It’s the kind of restaurant that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding service!

Unfortunately the food was really bad. The service was very friendly and attentive. But the skirt steak in the beef soltani was not browned and tasted very old, like one day away from going bad. The ghormeh sabzi was black(?!) and not very flavorful, the meat in both khoreshes was totally dry and flavorless, like cubes of cardboard. Everything was really oily and salty. The kashke bademjan tasted really off, I don’t even know what was going on there. Even the lavash sucked. :

Persian here, food was amazing with PLENTY of options. We got the family platter and it was at a great price and plenty. I cannot stress how AMAZING our waiters were, they were nice and very funny. One of them even were so nice they called someone famous who I like, I didn’t even ask them or anything. They just were so nice because they realized that I liked the person, but I didn’t even say anything. This completely made my day. He even told my family amazing stories.
