Tried the $6 breakfast. Croissant was not fresh, asked for crisp bacon…not crisp! Asked for salt & pepper & wad told they don’t have salt & pepper. Big disappointment!

Sam was the best! He hooked us up with the best pricing on our specialty pumpkin spice drink. He’s a great asset and his hair is a work of art. You can tell he enjoys helping people and offering his opinions. His parents must be proud of him. The black coffee was great as always. 5 out of 7 stars for a perfect score.

Only reason there is one star is because there is no option for no stars. This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. They never get an order right. I always wait for at least 10 minutes inside after I order through the app 10 minutes before I get there. I have tried ordering further and further away but I always seam to have to wait. And to think. These people are going to get $15 an hour for being horrible at what they do. I will give a picture of my most recent order and then of the order of what I got.

We did get there late. 5:30 ish or 6 pm. Not many donuts left. I got the double chocolate. No drinks. My daughter lives in Whales Winter Haven. So that was a long drive out there. People drve crazy sometimes there would be one lane. We almost got hit by a young woman heading straight for us coming in our lane. So I recommend driving with caution. I did enjoy the view of all the farm land and homes.

Oh my God! I didn’t even notice that the writing on my cup until after I left about 20 minutes later. And when I noticed it made me so happy! thank you to whoever wrote this on my cup you really made my day it made me feel special! This Dunkin is so awesome I always Order ahead on the app and they always have my coffee ready when I walk through the door, they are so great at this location I can’t stress that enough!
