Aloha, Love cheesecakes? Have you ever had a Hawaiian style cheesecake or cake before?… come try ours out. We offer shave ice with unique and new flavors to Portland. Delicious Hawaiian flavors, proudly Hawaiian style. For large sized cakes and cheesecakes we ask for a minimum of 48 hour notice. We will currently have on stock our 5oz cups available.

Grabbed the wife and bro-IL to get some shave ice (yes, even in winter!) was massive and amazing, and thankfully we decided to grab a big box of baked goods for breakfast the next morning. OMG!!! The baked goods were off the hook! All the flavors we love when visiting family on the islands. Already planning our return trip for some tropical cheesecake!
There are plenty of great spots selling Hawaiian grindz, but very few can BAKE the traditional Hawaiian treats with this much love and aloha.❤️ Owner is amazing, and has limited hours because they put their Ohana first. (Summer hours are longer.)
Folks, this island family is a gift to Oregon! If Hawaii is your first or second home, make the time to come here, and take home plenty for later. You won’t regret it!

Aloha!!! By far, the best shave ice Hawaii style… loved their Haupia pie absolutely hit home… I can’t wait to go back to taste all their varieties of pies. I am so glad to have found 808 Cheesecake… I’m not sure if it was the owner dishing up our shave ice, but the service was great!!!

Delicious Hawaiian shaved ice! We ordered two small size with ice cream and toppings. One with snow cap and one with Li hing mui. They reminded us of the shaved ice we had in Maui and Honolulu. It’s nice to have some Aloha spirit in Gladstone!

This place is amazing and the customer service is top tier, feels like you’re walking into your favorite uncles house! We got mini lychee cheesecakes that were phenomenal and I ordered a special kulolo and haupia birthday cheesecake… Jesus, out of this world. You can really taste the love and dedication in every bite. I recommend this place, especially if you’re missing Hawaii or you just want to eat a really really good cheesecake. I didn’t try the ice cream or shaved ice because it was too cold but I’m sure that’s also top tier. I definitely will be

This place was incredible. The cheesecakes were the best I’ve ever had and I’m not someone who usually cares for cheesecake. These were perfect. Then the shaved ice was amazing. The actual ice shavings were light and almost fluffy. Prefect texture compared to other places with ice chunks that are hard. Flavors were amazing too.

The cheesecake here is delicious! Our favorites were the pumpkin snap and lilikoi. There’s also a jello cheesecake that’s a treat to eat as well. I want to come back for the shave ice!

Best shave ice!! So many flavors to choose from, and they even have sugar free options which are really tasty! Perfect summer treat for kids and adults. Other dessert options too like cheesecake and cookie sundaes. Something for everyone!

Can’t get enough!! On sunny days we love getting our Hawaiian Shave Ice and Musabis. The owners are a very sweet family we love to support. We are never disappointed and tell everyone to go here! Wish there was more seating. But the outside bench and cute stores around make it doable.

The first time I went here I went back later that day for more! Hubz and I sampled the Lilikoi (Passion fruit) Danish, Vanilla Puffy, and went back to try the Chocolate Puffy. The Passion Fruit Danish showcases that sweet fruit twang with a delightful filling.
The Puffy is a filled puff-pastry, almost like a turnover, but they fill it with the smoothest pastry cream after the shell is baked golden. It’s light, and the chocolate was worth going back for. Hubby mentioned, “The chocolate is refreshing.” As most bakeries (including B.S.) are using a powdered delicrem’ base, I appreciate the care that this is made from scratch.
Drip coffee give’n them Aloha vibes but looks like they’re on board of espresso. I appreciate the mellow flavor of the house blend and it’s really perfect for those island shack pastries.
Something the owner is known for is his amazing cheesecakes. I’ve been to several events where we were lucky enough to have mini cheesecakes catered. The mini cheesecakes are the perfect personal size. I’ve had the Lilikoi and Pumpkin Hapua recently and I’m obsessed. I never knew how well coconut and pumpkin go together.

808 cheesecake is the best! The shave ice, cheesecake, snow puffy, and now the spam bagel sandwich are a few of our favorites. Every time we come in, the owner is always so kind and generous. Every bite we’ve tried is so amazing and blows us away every time. Such a great spot in gladstone. Excited to come back and get some more delicious treats!!!
