First time at this brand & location. The food was tasty, good price, very filling.
Given the number of people being served, it took a while for everybody’s food to come out, even for two people who ordered online before coming to the store. First time at this brand, so I’m not sure if this is the usual or just a “bad morning”.
I’d come again – but will plan for the wait.
The inside is plain and apparently they have recently switched to pay when you order. They need to add a sign letting people know to go to the cashier to order. The interior “flow” directs you to where you now “finish” your order. I went there. I’d say 95% of the people entering the shop did as well. One employee, making food, had to constantly tell people to go to the cashier first. People eating near me said this was a change.

You can tell Rubi is a very nice, happy person. She was knowledgeable about the menu and knew how to use the computer to check us out.

Just moved to the neighborhood from out of state, and Einstein Bros is one of my favorite bagel companies. Stopped in to grab breakfast for myself and my family and was welcomed with friendly smiles,and greetings. I asked what new breakfast sandwiches they had and they were very informative and shared recommendations. I highly recommend the chorizo breakfast sandwich with an egg. One thing I did also notice was the store was very clean compared to my old local store, that was a plus as well as a yummy sandwich so glad that they are in my neighborhood. I’ll be back soon!

By far one of the worst experiences with poor management of Chastin. I’m pretty sure he will take this review and share with all the team with condescending feedback like he did people resumes. He shared resumes with the staff making fun of each one. The lobby looked horrible unkept. Our onion bagel was burnt and scoffed at re making it. Then I was going to take this to manager not review but he sat there in the dirty lobby and blew me off.
This needs a correct from the top down. Won’t come back…
Update I’m not changing review and poor way of handling the review with the same cookie-cutter cutter response. Do better

Usually don’t care if something is wrong with food. But I ordered my wife an apple cinnamon bagel that was very raw or wasn’t cooked well. The bagel definitely had the consistency of raw dough though. She could stretch it like chewing gum. Then on the pretzel bagel I ordered there were 3 hairs. I love Einstein, but this was not a good experience. I will try again in the future at a different location.

When I walked in the establishment to order, the man at the register seemed to be very irritated. Girls preparing the bagels talking loud about personal business. While i was waiting i noticed they messed up another customers order. The customer was very nice about it. The man was making excuses. When I received my bagels I said thank you and no reply from the ladies, she just continued with the inappropriate conversation. My bagel was not toasted enough and wayyy too much cream cheese. (See picture) I will never come here again.

I used to frequent this location, but stopped due to poor customer service and poor management. My coworker recently started going back and told me that there was new management and much better service. As a business owner, I wanted to give this location another chance. The new manager has implemented changes, including staff training and a focus on customer satisfaction. I went in this week and was greeted with a professional outgoing attitude. The new manager was polite and handled herself very professionally. It was refreshing to see someone with an upbeat attitude. I will definitely be returning as a regular to this location. By the way, my food order was on point. The restaurant was clean and inviting. All it takes is the proper management to run a business correctly.

I genuinely like bagels and I like Einstein Bros, however, I’ve just about had it with this location. It has been three times now that I order ahead, wait a couple of minutes past pickup time and head inside to get my order only to be ignored. On every occasion, people on the line ordering inside the restaurant are being prioritized unless I get an employee’s attention. This time even after getting their attention I was ignored, even though the whole purpose of ordering ahead is to have my order ready for pickup, which it was, just sitting behind the employee while I sat there and waited for her to care.
I try to be very polite and patient to employees. I don’t interrupt their interactions, and I get their attention without causing disruptions. I stand to the side to avoid taking up space, and I smile to ensure I appear warm and friendly. This is the only place where employees have treated me with such disrespect multiple times.
Edit: I understand management is poor at this location, an employee is not entirely to blame for poor customer service if their manager can’t train them to be that. The responsibility falls on leadership to make sure customers are receiving good service.
