I am giving this review because this used to be my favorite Dunkin. But the quality of the drinks have gone down while the price goes up. My last 3 drinks were terrible. One was a refresher that was so over sweetened to the point I had to add water. Last time it was the brown sugar macchiatto thing which tasted like burnt coffee and I ended up throwing it away. So today I chose to just get an ice coffee with cream and minimal sugar. Again tasted like coffee that sat all day. I can make better at home. I actually took it home and added my creamer to take away the old coffee taste. I will no longer buy drinks from dunkin.

Ordered two of the same exact coffee’s and 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 on bagels, 1 on a croissant. One coffee was subpar, but all right. The other coffee was absolutely horrible. It was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. The bitter one was mine and I had to try my boyfriend’s to see if his was as horrible, but it actually had some sweetness to it and was something I could stomach so we switched. But he ended up only being able to drink about a quarter of the nasty one before we dumped it. I don’t know how it could be so disgusting when we ordered the same exact things. The breakfast sandwiches were just sausage, egg, and cheese. I was impressed by the size of them and how filling they were, but that’s about it. The croissant one was burnt and basically tasteless. The only thing that really gave it flavor was the bites of cheese I got or the burnt bread. Mmm. Yum. My boyfriend had the bagel ones and said they were lacking in flavor as well, but the bagels looked nicely toasted.

They lie about being open 24 hours. You have to use the app.you can’t just go to the drive thru and order. I prefer the one on w market at in warren because they are actually open 24 hours.

Hit or miss staff. Sometimes friendly, sometimes they are very rude to the point where I just leave with their attitude. However, the food is usually really good there. I just typically have very bad service at this location.

Drive through order. Large coffee, extra sweetener, extra cream and an old fashioned donut. Got black coffee. Donut was great.

Very friendly cashier, and amazing service. I ordered a refresher, and a donut, my mother ordered a coffee and a bagel. Refresher was done before my order was even put in. Bagel was EXTRA toasted like we ordered. Coffee was amazing. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. It was clear they had pride in their work. 10/10.

The food I had was good. However the portion sizes are getting terrible. I ordered a large drink and the cup is always only about 2/3 full. For $7 I would hope to get a full cup. The other Dunkin I go to file the cups so I think I’ll just drive to that location from now on.

Service is great in the mornings! After the first shift leaves, it is very slow paced on the employees end. I went through the other night, the girl working the window had her boyfriend standing inside at the end of the counter. She took a minute to greet me, while the other girl behind the counter was doing all the work. She didn’t give me a straw nor napkins! Food is terrible. Hard mini bagels all the time! Eggs are rubber. I will not be going there anymore. And why do I have to drive back when my drink is eating and the food is bad, never offering my money back! We shouldn’t be put out because they can’t get it right!
