Ordered through Uber Eats. I got the American Hero and my wife got the Reuben. She liked hers. I asked for no tomato but they kept it on. Overall petty good but a little light on the meats with the American hero.

Food is good. Breakfast is good and reasonable prices but i do with they would actually put lecttuce and tomato on the BLT. It’s called a BLT and i barely got any tomato or lettuce and it bummed me out.

I really like this spot. Their wraps always hit the spot and the deli meat always tastes much fresher than the local bagel store. So I’m confused by the reviews saying otherwise. I’ve also read people say they handle food and money with the same gloves. I haven’t seen this personally but it would definitely turn me off if I did. But until then.. it’s my go to spot! They always get my order right, the prices are right, the owners are friendly, and it’s great in a pinch if you run out of some pantry staples too. Definitely check them out

This deli is still one of my favorite spots for breakfast. I can’t speak for people who had called in orders or used Uber eats, but I’ve never had a problem with them there in person. My order is always correct, the kitchen area is clean, the egg sandwiches aren’t greasy, and the staff is friendly.

Been going here years. Food is still fresh, grill/kitchen area is clean. Staff is friendly. They remember my order when I walk through the door. Still one of the best places for breakfast.

This deli has come a LONG way in the last 6 years since I’ve reviewed it. The food is good, the coffee is EXCELLENT. Forget your wallet? They even take Apple Pay and Google Pay. Still a little pricey but the convenience here is worth it. I can’t see how the Dunkin’ next door is still around with a great deli next door. Also- this place is LUCKY, with more lotto winners here than I’ve ever seen. A must-stop.

So saddened.. been a customer for years, its on the way to and from the office, I had been going there for years and even tell the coworkers about it.. on my day off I drive past many other places to go here from Selden. I didn’t quite feel like a slab of meat as a sandwich so I asked to mix roast beef and turkey. I got a stone cold NO. . They have definitely lost a customer and I’ll tell my coworkers about Backcountry Deli and their sandwich club.

Why do the wife and husband take the orders with their gloves on, take the money with their gloves on and use the same gloves to pick up rolls to assist the young woman that does the cooking. COMPLETELY NASTY
Just stay at your station and accept the money. Leave the cooking to the cooks!!! I want the least amount of germs on my food as possible thank you

Being all other delis out of business ,a deli you can have a egg sandwich coffee made at a reasonable amount of money for now today 9 11 24,not overly crowded always have service fairly well they worked hard to keep it going fresh breakfast items always no stale rolls compliments ,no taj mahal but places for u to sit to eat as well as big legal gambling environment being resteraunt and bars don’t do o t b races out here,all n y s legal gambling games biggest aray I’ve seen

Absolutely horrible service from this place. Do not order your breakfast from here. They do not have professional people or people who speak English answering the phones.
I ordered Uber eats for my breakfast and wanted two coffees. They delivered the poorly packed and made food with an orange juice. But no coffees. And yet they charged me for the coffees.
When I called to discuss the error the guy on the phone kept telling me he has no idea what’s going on. Didn’t bother to look or give me a resolution. After 5 minutes of explaining to him he still kept saying he has no idea what’s going on. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Nina who is equally as bad.
The woman kept calling me sweetheart and arguing with me stating I did not order the coffees. I’m looking at the receipts with the coffee clearly listed. Im frustrated at this point and she has the nerve to tell me to calm down. She finally decides to look at the order receipts and confirms that I indeed ordered the coffees. The woman did not apologize or say I’m sorry for the misunderstanding just outright rude condescending tone.
I will not order from here again and will let all my friends neighbors and family know not to order from her.
