The pizza is super affordable for a quick, effortless weeknight dinner with kids. This location has a drive thru and I normally wait 5 mins or less for several of their “hot and ready” cheese or pepperoni pizzas. You can also use the app to order in advance to avoid any wait time.

I arrived and they couldn’t even find my order. When I finally got home, the pizza was well done—borderline burnt—dry, and tasted like cardboard. It didn’t taste fresh at all. My daughters usually tear pizza up and leave no crumbs, but they didn’t even want to finish this one… neither did I. This was my second time ordering here, and it will definitely be my last. I’ll be sticking with Domino’s next time. Wish I could get a refund smh!!!

Awful experience. Placed a mobile order online and came in 10 minutes later, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes before getting a refund. People who arrived after were getting served before me, honestly just a big mess. Not worth wasting your time

The customer service at this location has dropped steeply. I had a mobile order and entered the store as soon as I had the notification it was ready (I was waiting on my car). I waited 10 minutes for one if the employees to deign to speak to me and get my order. The whole time I waited I saw other orders loaded into the portal but for some reason I had to get mine over the counter, which would be fine if they would talk to you. I asked why it took so long to speak to me and I got a snotty “Because we’re busy cutting pizzas” and she walked away. I understand it can be busy but, man at least treat your customers with some respect and acknowledge they’re there.

Order my pizza at 7:40pm and was told it would be ready in 15 min. Showed up 20min later only to be told it hadn’t been made yet. 8:40…. still no pizza!!! Absolutely horrible!! And this has happened more than once, so we will not be back!!

Hot a large pepperoni and it looked like it has been sitting out all day long then when you let them know they got attitude problem at winterville location. They definitely don’t have to worry about getting another dime from me I don’t are if the pizza free.

Hands down my favorite Little Caesars ever!! The employees here are great.. I can honestly say I have ordered here many many times and I’ve never had an issue.. their courteous the place is clean and of course the pizzas are great.. the assistant manager there missy, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She’s compassionate and caring and always has a smile on her face.. thank you to all the employees, you all are some great individuals.. just wanted to let you know you all are very much appreciated.. ,❤️

Dude this place absolutely blows. I can’t use my kitchen right now due to a seasonal deep cleaning, so I caved an ordered a pizza to pickup.
I ordered a two topping pizza, they hadn’t made it yet despite me being 15 minutes late, so I had to wait for that.
THEN, when I finally get it, it only has one topping (turns out they were out of the other ingredient) and at no point during ordering or recieving the pizza did anyone tell me this. So now I have to wait for them to make another one.
I would’ve gotten gas station taquitos for dinner if I thought it was going to take this long but I already paid.

If you’re in Greenville/winterville and want little caesers go to literally ANY other location. I keep giving this place a chance bc it’s slightly closer to my house but tonight is where I draw the line. Made an online order 30 mins in advance and STILL had to wait 45 min in store for it to be made. Get home and the order isn’t right. What an absolute joke of a location. How 2 other locations within 10 mins drive of this one can get it right every time, on time but this one just continues to struggle with such poor customer service is beyond me.
