Still one of the most inconsistent, and slowest Burger Kings in our area. Unless you are a die-hard Burger King fan, you might do better looking elsewhere. The amount of time it took this location to prepare a basic whopper combo was outrageous!

Terrible experience. Full trash cans, and I mean full trash cans. Napkins were basically out. Floors were filthy. They were out of fries, and the onion rings tasted as if they were cooked way too long. The chicken sandwich we ordered was tough to bite in to, and looks hollow. The only good item was the philly melt, that was miraculously delicious. This is by far the worst BK I’ve ever eaten at in history.

Be very careful when you order. Friend and I got some rodeo burgers under the DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER menu. We were given singles and manager said that is what we paid for. Far as friend and I are concerned this was false advertising.

This location was clean and fast on my 2 visits so far. Staff is friendly and it hasn’t been too busy. The food has been fresh and I would recommend a stop here if traveling through. I’m not familiar with the area in general but it’s nice when a franchise is well maintained.

Worst meal I’ve had in years. Onion rings were stale and hard as a rock. Whopper tasted very strange. Threw the whole order in the dumpster.

Employee “Krystal” is very unprofessional, loves to holler and cuss at customers. Does not read the order and when you let her know you are missing something her response is “just pull up because I don’t have time for you”. Not once but twice she has been so rude, hollering, and cussing. Once with my children in the car. She needs to go! I cant believe that even with everyone complaining and sending in their experiences with her, she’s still there! Food was nasty and not worth the money. Will not be going back again.

I just stopped at the Vinton Burger King location to get takeout for a long road trip. When I first arrived it was a little busy but not bad. When I went up to the window the cashier had an attitude and asked me to pull over to the side to wait for my order. I waited about 10 minutes then someone came and asked if I had a Whopper and a small fry which I did not. I told them what I had ordered and the guy said I’ll be right back. So I waited another 10 to 15 minutes and the guy brought my food out but no drinks. So I told Tim that the lady of the window had not given me my drinks and he asked what I had ordered and I told him. So I waited again for another 10 minutes and nothing. So I backed up to the window and asked the lady at the window if I could get the drinks that came with my order and I showed her my receipt. She said they were out of Sprite which isn’t a problem. So I asked her for Fanta. While she was fixing her drinks. I saw the guy that had brought my food out standing waiting for other orders. Not even attempting to get the drinks that I’d ask him to get 10 minutes prior. After receiving my drinks I had pulled out to start my long road trip and I stopped on the side to get my food and my little boy’s food ready to eat. When I open my Whopper it was disgusting. Old and cold. Didn’t have any grill marks and it had this weird bubble texture on the burger. I didn’t even eat it even though I’m starving. Everything else was fresh. Just a burger was really gross and being a hat a long trip I was not going to turn around and ask for a refund from these people when they had an attitude already just to get $5 back on a burger. If y’all decide to go to Burger King go to a different location. I would not recommend this location to anybody if you have to pass the border into Texas and go somewhere there.

Whopper meal, with cheese no pickles, onion rings instead of fries and sweet tea. Had to repeat 3 times as girl taking order was also on the phone. Had to pull up for my order, which not a big deal. BUT if I’m pulling up and waiting for food, I expect 2 things. First that it will be fresh and second it will be correct. Onion rings were BURNT AND COLD. Whopper had no cheese, lettuce and TEN pickle slices. Yes I counted them and nothing else on burger.
