Zips chains make great food. If you can stand the 1990s era ex-smoker lounge smell good for it, if not, use the druve-thru.

$9 for this. Way overpriced. Customer service stunk. We were not greeted by the masked man at the counter, or spoken to by any employee when coming or going. Reminds me of a family run restaurant where no one is really invested or worried about losing their job.

Waited over 30 minutes just to witness the “staff” hand off my bag of food to another customer. When asked for a refund, they wanted to refund 41 dollars when the purchase was 55 dollars (I guess math isn’t for everyone). Did not offer the customer a receipt at time of purchase.

We stopped in at the zips in Chewlah.
And this is how our story goes. We were told as soon as we walked in, it was takeout only and that we had only so many minutes to place our order. Or we couldn’t be served. But then the food was extraordinarily over greasy and the condiments. We’re way too heavy on it. It just oozed and the buns got really soggy. Service was horrendous, hospitality was horrendous, and the food was awful!!!!

Worst service on the planet! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and it wasn’t even busy. Girl waiting on me was extremely slow and the fries were awful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Will never go there again.

They were training a new person and he forgot fries in some of the meals. Not a big deal, they fixed it. We were a big group too. Very clean. They have booster seats and highchairs. We’ll be back. All the food is really good. The shrimp basket is served with cocktail sauce. Good selection for kids.
