Visited Chipotle and was very satisfied! All the ingredients are fresh, the staff works quickly and is polite. I especially liked that you can customize your burrito to your taste. The place is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. A great option for a quick and filling meal. I’ll definitely come back!

Location of this restaurant was fine. Service was as expected for a fast food restaurant. The food was just average at best but it came with a hefty price. After the meal I went to the restroom only to find that the bathroom was pretty yucky and there was NO hand soap. I mean no as in not even one little drop of soap. That honestly turned my stomach. How are the employees washing their hands??

I was getting my meal before studying and I love Chipotle. It was like 2pm anf the store was empty. I approach the counter to get my order. I only use the first letter on my last name and I asked for the order. A young employee with curly long hair couldn’t find the order and he said I need to have a last name for it and show it in a very rude manner. I don’t look homeless and the name was clear. I felt uncomfortable. The order was there and the other employee gave it to me. Some of these people need to go back to school and learn to read.

Went here on a weekday evening to pick up food for my children. They were out of chicken, the steak was cold, the rice was uncooked. They also were also out of chocolate milk and the tortilla chips were completely broken up in the bag. The workers seemed tired and frustrated. Unfortunately this was a waste of time and money. Based on other negative experiences I’ve had at this location, it seems to be chronically mismanaged and workers don’t seem incentivized to take pride in their work or the quality of the food they serve. Please consider eating elsewhere until the management makes some changes for the better.

I hardly eat your food already and I hope you guys go under forever as a food chain because of your attitude towards customers.
When I walked in, I immediately overheard the manager sternly reprimanding an employee in the open dining area about portion sizes. While I understand the importance of maintaining standards, the tone and setting of the conversation made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable — especially as I was placing my order. It felt more like I was stepping into a disciplinary moment than a welcoming restaurant.
Additionally, I used the restroom during my visit and was shocked to find that the urinal had no splash guard. This resulted in urine splashing back onto my leg, which was not only unhygienic but incredibly unpleasant. It’s hard to describe how disgusting that felt and how it added to an already negative experience.
Unfortunately, due to these issues, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope you’ll consider addressing both the public handling of staff matters and the restroom facilities to ensure a more professional and sanitary environment for your customers.

Have had chipotle several times before but the heat here hit different I was seriously on fire. Maybe it’s a California thing but mild was no such thing. Great value on the kids meals. A standard burrito is expensive but it’s certainly colossal though incredibly messy. Watermelon lemonade was tasty

The staff is very rude. Cleanliness and hygiene in the store and kitchen is questionable. I order food online and during pickup the staff started shouting. They is a way to talk with customer and not just throw food or shout. Would never recommend to have food at this place.
