This is one of the cleanest Panera breads I’ve been to in a long time. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. Everybody seemed very nice. Waving to you and welcoming you as you walk in. The food was prepared. Good and it was okay.

Dinner was FABULOUS! We had taken a “Panera break” – kinda small portions that weren’t so awesome. But THEY ARE BACK TO THEIR GREAT FOOD! Yippee!
I had chicken salad w/ cranberries and walnuts- perfect! And black bean soup- rich, flavorful and delicious on a chilly evening! Double yum!! My extra was a baguette- fresh, tasty and I ate that whole piece. Panera Bread – yep… DELICIOUS!
Service- EXCELLENT, quick and friendly. Order came perfect, and we had a great dinner!

Good customer service and good atmosphere. Food is not worth the price. $10 for a small “bowl” of soup that tastes like it came from a can. Not worth it, but would be nice to come and eat here if you just want to get out of the house. But definitely overpriced and mediocre. I don’t believe the soup was freshly made. I think it comes from a bag or a can and is warmed up. I wouldn’t mind the price if it was better quality.

I know this place as St. Louis Bread and Co. But Panera Bread works well enough. The people working here are hard-working more so than other ones I’ve encountered.
When it comes to doing work here it can be done the times it gets busy is when you think it would. Makes plenty of my coworkers happy so that’s good for what it’s worth.

If you have not been to this Panera then you are missing some of the friendliest and most amazing staff. The food is good as always but it’s the staff that keeps me coming back… especially Sandra. If you have not had her take your order then you are definitely missing out on some fantastic knowledge and hospitality
This store is definitely one of my favorite in the bay area. They always keep it very clean and the music is at a level where you can either enjoy it or enjoy a conversation with someone.
But no matter what definitely stop by and take a moment to say hi to Sandra because she goes above and beyond to help with order but also makes you feel good. She also knows all the good deals in the menu.

I go to this Panera often, but they almost always mess up my online orders. I’ve gone in to pick up and there will be items in my Pick 2 missing. I’ve given up on calling about the mistakes. Ordering inside is great and they usually have the fireplace on and fresh coffee.

Really bad customer service and food preparation. Bought toasted bagels to go, only to find out they were burned when I got home. Spoke with the manager and showed her the bagels, and she said that is the toast setting and it is completely normal. If you look at the pictures, they are clearly burned.
I also contacted customer service and the only way they would respond is if you join their rewards program.

The tables are seemingly only wiped down occasionally. When they do get around to it, they use a water soaked rag and just swipe it around the table, spreading the dirt and oils. It doesn’t seem like they know that they need to actually clean the table, not just wipe stuff around… Some sort of cleaning fluid might help. And who likes to sit at a wet table!???
Otherwise, it’s an ok place. Service is acceptably average and food and prices are also acceptably average. It could be a MUCH nicer place if they put some effort into their business. It appears that everyone is just putting in their time.

Value for money: 2 stars… a $9.00 salad to go – which is a half salad – is smaller than their half salad when eating in.. so you’re actually paying for 1/3 or almost a 1/4 salad. Suggest order for eating in – then ask for a box to go. Chips were free.

Panera is always amazing!! Great food, super nice workers, and clean store. I ordered their Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with the new Summer Corn Chowder, and it was great! Everything was delicious and it was a filling, yet light lunch. The pastries are delicious and the candy (M&M) cookie is my favorite. Always a solid place. Recommended
