The ladies working at this restaurant were very rude today. The lady in the grey shirt (I’m assuming the manager) snatched a blizzard from my hand after we told her that we would like to exchange it for a different flavor. The one in the red shirt was also rude after I asked her what was the other lady’s name and told her what she had done to me. Seems as if she has the staff following in her negative footsteps. The other staff are usually good when I visit this location. The girls today seemed young and didn’t really care for great customer service.

Ordered on the DQ app and it was routed to their restaurant instead of the one I was trying to to order from. Called within minutes of placing the order to cancel it and they said they already made it so I have to pick it up. No way for me to reach their location so I said they need to cancel and put the money back on my card because I am not receiving any goods for that purchase so they are not fulfilling their end. Finally they agreed to put the funds back on my card and said I had nothing to worry about.
Fast-forward a couple days and they posted the transaction to my account, essentially stealing my money. Disputed the charge and called corporate because they stole money from me. Hope you lose your franchise. Never ordering from DQ again.

The place looks run down. My son said it looked like a 3rd world DQ. The food took forever also. The people were friendly. The bathroom was awful too. The fries were so soggy and wasn’t hardly any in the box with the chicken strips. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs an upgrade.

Absolute embarrassment of a DQ. Mobile order was obviously made 30 minutes in advance. Toast was SOAKED in butter and was dripping. I also ordered a large fry. Like does this look like a large fry? Fries are the best part and to get a cold a** small fry (at best) im pretty upset…. DQ ain’t cheap. Oh blizzard is also melted and wasn’t served uPsIde DowN so thanks for that too.

During my visit to DQ Grill and Chill tonight for a frosty treat I noticed something in the kitchen that caught my eye. Multiple grease and food crumb covered boxes laying on the counter near where food was prepped. If that wasn’t enough of an alarm the person cooking food placed an empty fry basket on top of the nasty boxes, filled it with uncooked food, and then cooked the food for a customer.
This needs to be fixed before the workers here make someone sick, if they haven’t already. Cross contamination and prepping food in unsanitary areas is no joke. I’ve attached a photo with the boxes circled in red. Please fix it.

Went through the drive-thru at 4:15. Line was slow, cashier on headset appeared to be very panicked and unsure of what she was doing. When we got the food, the fries were soggy and greasy. Chicken tenders for noticeably smaller than advertised, not a single large tender in 2 orders of the tender basket, especially for the $.
The coke tasted watered down, as if the carbonated water/syrup ratio was skewed toward the water portion.
Only positive things I can say is the ice cream was decent, and it was free ice cream day, March 20th, the first day of spring.
This DQ is LESS than a block away from my house and I can walk there, but I think i’ll go somewhere else next time anyways. Convenience is a non-factor after this visit.. I work at an Applebee’s, and everyone calls our fries “dairy queen fries”, but these made me reevaluate that, ours are actually BETTER, and that saddens me because I paid for this mess of a meal.
