The food was great and normal as usual. Service was horrible. 3 employees stood outside talking, and another came out for a few minutes. We had an online order. No one was in line. The man at the window asked me to park, and he would bring it out. We waited for 15 minutes with nothing. I checked the app, and it said it was ready. I walked in to check, and as I walked in, a lady put the bag on the counter of delivery/ pick-ups. If I did not go in and check for my order, it would have sat there. This store has very horrible service and bad communication all around.

Unfortunately, try to give my order on a drive-through and they’re not listening because they’re laughing inside the restaurant that I can hear it. Then when I roll them, the gentleman was really busy on his cell phone texting. I told him clearly I need the black sauce then I had to go back again to the drive-through because he gave me the red sauce bad management. They need to be trained how to treat customers not to be busy on their own cell that was auto number 360 for references

Tables were dirty at 8am and took about 25 minutes to get our food while we warch drive thru orders come and go. I get they need to worry about their speed of service but what about the customers physically qaiting in the lobby :/

If you’re an Indian, stay away from this place. First hand experience and found from another reviewer (Mexican as stated in their review) mentioned, the staff were extremely rude to the Indian customer.
My experience this evening with the person at the window was extremely poor as they were too rude. We placed an online order and every time I went through the drive-thru I would pull to the window straight. Never had anyone tell me that I needed to stop at the “order here” speaker area. Note, there was no line and no one ahead or behind me. I get to the window and this guy in his thick accent without using any greetings says, “next time I want you to stop there”. He repeated this twice. I would not buy food from here again. I find the Chick-Fill-A and in & out staff so polite and it’s right around the corner.
Taco Bell, train your staff and hire people who can speak proper English and know how customer service works.

Probably the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. It’s not even my first time here, I should’ve learned my lesson the first time this place gave me terrible food.
They couldn’t hear me over the speaker, the chicken was extremely burnt, they gave me the wrong sauces and I had to go in and ask for more. When I did go inside for bell sauce they said they were out, then I asked for honey mustard, they said they were out, so I just asked for more ranch sauce and he reluctantly went to the back and came out with… Surprise! Bell sauce.
Lying because they just want me to go away is the only way I can interpret that given the context of all the other horrible aspects of this visit.
The cherry on top is that all the sauces had cuts in them. Health hazard and shouldn’t take someone with enough reasoning capacity to see that and not hand it to a customer.

I went in this place today I never been this place before I said twice can I get veggie crush wrap make sure not meat the girl she is taking oder she does not focus anything I Oder by a drive thru she give to me chicken wrap I never taste in my life chicken and meat I am totally vegan then I come back to her she is not saying sorry her attitude over and over other lady came she is said sorry but that not right thing if we don’t eat meat in my life be aware this place don’t waste money

I dont know who does quality control at this store but whoever looked at my food and thought it was okay to leave like that is wrong. I just left probably about 15-20 minutes ago and am not driving all the way back just so they can make me one taco. I got the crispy chicken taco box and this is what the chicken looks like… it looks like a little nugget. I even scooted the chicken over to show you that its literally half the size of the tortilla. They didn’t even give me a receipt other than the charge showing on my credit card. Super disappointed. All other items were fine.

Shingai provides terrible customer service. Would avoid eating at this location if she’s there. And check your order before they leave because the most of the time they make it in accurate and don’t like to accommodate you for them inconveniencing you I literally had to argue with her about getting my burrito replaced so I just got a refund for it
