I go to this drive-through a lot because it’s close to my home. Many times I wonder why because it takes forever.They made a mistake on my mobile order, had a topping on it that I have a sensitivity to and instructed to leave off of it.Took one bite out of it before I realized. Got home called and Woman who answered didn’t respond after I told her what happened. Must have put the phone down and just chose to ignore me. I could hear them all talking in the background. I was pissed off, so I drove over went inside with the item mind you there were only two other people inside and I stood at the counter for a long time. They saw me and chose to ignore me. Finally a woman who I assume was the manager came over. I told her what happened and she didn’t say a word to me of any kind. In fact, she looked totally annoyed with me. She took the item out of my hand went to the back spoke Spanish to someone, threw it in the trash and then gave me a new item and just shoved it in my hands. Some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with in a long time. I work in customer service. If you make a mistake at the very least you apologize and you make things right. Never mind how long you have to wait in the drive-through every time you go there. I won’t be going to this location again.

The girl at the window was of average friendliness. The food was McDonald’s food. The wait time was Macdonald’s average wait time through the drive-through at 5:19 on a Friday. My Coke was cold. My burger was hot What more could you ask for?

I ordered a number #5 chicken sandwich meal.
Instead they gave me chicken nuggets that sucks. For $10.00.
Theses people need little more fast food training in English.

The employees stood around and ignored my mobile order for roughly 10 mins. Then forgot my drink. Once I received my cup, the first self-serve machine was out of syrup. The second self-service soda machine’s nozzle blew off the machine, knocking the cup out of my hand and onto the floor. When I notified staff, they thought it was funny. I had to ask someone for another cup. Total Fail.

Hard to get my order correct as noone spoke English. Then, when they got our order wrong and we asked them to correct it they laughed at us and spoke to each other in Spanish and kept looking at us with dirty looks, it was a horrible experience and not the 1st time. The only saving grace there is the manager Bruno, he always makes things right and cares about the customers!!

Used points to purchase and when I got to the window they wanted me to buy something else in order to get my “free” Happy meal. After they had taken the points too. Said the computer wouldn’t register the points correct and that it wasn’t “her problem”.

I don’t know why but it’s never been busy here when I’ve gone. All the food is hot and fresh. Quick and easy and good. But check the prices on the menu before ordering. Some things have gone up in price. You can get a double cheeseburger for $2.00! That’s less than a small fries. Happy meals are still worth getting. I got a Shamrock Shake, first one ever, I didn’t like it but my 2 year old granddaughter loved it. McDonald’s is still good.

We bought 1 Big Mac, 1 medium lemonade, 2 mc chickens and 1 deluxe mcrispy. The service was ok but they took like 6 minutes to make our food. The food was cold, the lettuce was low quality, the lemonade had wayyy too much sugar and it was an overall terrible experience. Don’t recommend
