ordered 2 meals for myself, hamburger/fried catfish. Hamburger was supposed to have extra lettuce. The food was very appealing to the eye.
However when I went to bite my burger I noticed there was no lettuce which prompted me to look inside to double check.
There was this long beautiful thick hair wrapped around my beef patty, hanging out of the bread actually. I saw the line of customers so tried to be discreet, and showed the cashier. She apologized profusely but my appetite was already ruined. She did offer to remake but I told her I’d prefer a refund.
I came back up with my card & the owner asked if I needed any help, I mentioned just my refund. He asked 0 feedback.
I didn’t even eat my catfish either as I was scared that it may have hair in it as well (it’s easier to hide). She only refunded me my burger not my catfish, which I thought was questionable as I clearly left.
Pls check your food!!! Or ask if the cooks are using hair nets bc a hair THAT long could’ve been avoided 100%.

I went there today to pick up a little lunch for me and my gf. We ordered with this Asian lady she was super nice, however when I received the food I went home to open and find out my girlfriend’s order was wrong. It was a simple grilled cheese combo,, I wasn’t going to hear the end of it with her so immediately went and called the place, spoke with the same lady and she said come in for a refund and to get the grilled cheese. The food is amazing and super lucky to have a joy love so close to my house !

Joy love burgers is almost too home made tasting. Honestly this place tastes like I made it at home which is good but sometimes you want that going out taste. Menu is deep where everything is good. Big portions and price is a little higher but good quality. Plenty of parking and easy to get to but not huge signage and not very busy. A hidden gem

I got a cheeseburger combo. The cheeseburger and fries were SO delicious. Burger itself is made larger than most places and the bun is one of a kind. The seasoning on the fries is spot on. Plenty of space inside restaurant.

I stopped by Joy Love Burgers and picked up some lunch for my coworkers, and we were blown away! The fish and shrimp were perfectly cooked—crispy, flavorful, and fresh. The toast was a surprise hit too—warm, buttery, and just the right texture. The burger was flavorful, cooked perfect. Along the onions rings. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the quality was top-notch. The whole team was satisfied and we’ll definitely be back!

I like coming to this restaurant since the burgers are ginormous, fresh off the grill, and staff is super friendly!! I’ve been here a handle full of times and can’t believe more people don’t know about them. The only downside to this location is that there are local customers who are very chatty when inside, especially during lunch. So if you were hoping to enjoy your food without any extra background noise, think twice.
P.S. Their Patty Melt is WAYYY better than Whataburger. Just look at my video!!

Outstanding, great big burger. Full of taste, I included the waffle fries, excellent. My only drawback and under atmosphere, is the tables have too small footing and was almost dumped the food several times.

My burger was good. However. I was up charged $2.00 for onion rings unknowingly. I just didn’t want fries. 3 of the sodas were out. The tea tastes just like faucet water with flavor. I’d go back for the burger though.
