This place honestly needs an option for 6 stars. The previous reviews stating long wait times or cold food or poor customer service i have to assume are fictitious in nature. In a town where taco bell employees start a fight with another customer over your car, McDonald’s drive thru will have you sitting in traffic this location has been phenomenal. Today was the first time I’ve had to go back and when I told the male employee I was missing a small hashbrown that was it. He simply apologized and got me my hash brown. I dont know his name, but he works in the drive thru in the morning and he is phenomenal.

I ordered through the app and when I got there and picked up my food half of my order was not there, the fries that were there were completely cold. My entire meal was missing, and my desserts were missing. It seems like the Groton location is a huge miss most of the time.

Just ordered the new whopper. I work 5 mins down the road. Take one bite and immediately had to stop eating it. Every condiment inside the burger was ice cold. Tasted horrible on top of that

Was there with my wife at 7:28PM. Went inside, there was a guy that appeared to have been waiting for a bit. He was not acknowledge that there were we. The manager black hair with a ponytail, did not even acknowledge our existence. She was complaining that we were running out of food. This is my second time coming in here after my last not so great encounter this will be the last.

Very disappointed! We went thru the drive thru. Guy at speaker says “help you?” Really? I order 2 single sourdough kings, 2 whoppers with cheese and a large fry. I was excited to try the new sourdough sandwich. IT WAS AWFUL!! All 4 sandwich’s were cold and i live 5 mins away! The sourdough bread WAS NOT toasted and the burger was in 2 or 3 pieces! Maybe ill try it at a different location. Not happy

Do not go to this place,I gave them a simple six-digit code from the app for free any size fries with purchase of $3 or more and they couldn’t even process that.The dingbat girl over the speaker was so combative and not helpful,she didn’t know anything about how the app runs…I tried to do the same code over and over with them and it said on the app it was already applied but she kept telling me the same thing.I left and went next door to McDonald’s.

I recently visited the Burger King on long hill road and had an outstanding experience! The food was served hot and Each bite of my Whopper was delicious and satisfying, and the fries were perfectly crispy.
A special shout-out to Cassandra, who took my order. She was incredibly helpful, making sure my special requests were noted and fulfilled. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the visit even more pleasant. It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

No stars! I am understanding of things, maybe someone had a bad day or something but this was inconsistentcy at it’s worst. The bad one wasn’t even cooked, the one made the right way I couldn’t taste or smell anything but chared smoke taste after a couple bites. I’ve worked with food for years at different places and I’d never let this go out to a customer, there’s no way the person making it didn’t know they messed up that bad.
