Came through drive through ordered 2 French dip and Swiss sandwiches a large curly fry and a medium crinkle cut fry. This cost me $23.48. This is not cheap food. The sandwiches were acceptable though it looked like they should have been bigger. My large curly fry was only half full the crinkle cut fry was adequate. The au juice was not filled in either container to the line so they slimoed my juices too. The man forgot to put both au juice in the bag. Im glad I checked my bag. I held my bag the few blocks home and when I picked my bag up to go inside it ripped. Spilling out my food. I am very disappointed in this entire experience and the food quantity especially compared with how much it cost and to be given my food in bags that fail so I couldn’t get to eat my food I picked up off the ground. I dont know why the bag failed. As the au ju didn’t spill in the bag. I do nit recommend this location l. We will not be back. Im posting my receipt as proof of my purchase and who filled and how much

I go once a month or so thinking that they can’t possibly screw up every time…..but they do screw up something every time.

I ordered through the app and the lady at the drive through was very rude. I guess she was mad that I ordered through the app and placed it right as I was pulling up so I don’t have to order through the speaker. She was all mad about how I made the order “18 seconds ago”, but if I would have ordered through the speaker it would have been zero seconds ago so I’m not sure why that’s so bad. She had me pull all the way around to the door instantly instead of going to the window for some reason and when she brought the order out she dropped it my aunt all “sassy” like lol, then instantly dug in her pants and got on her phone. I normally wouldn’t care but she was so butt hurt about it I feel like I have to say something. She needs to go work it somewhere without customer service that’s for sure.

Ordered food had selected DoorDash to deliver the food and the DoorDash driver calls me and tell me the Arby’s just told they are out of roast beef like nothing against the DoorDash driver they were amazing but get your stuff together Arby’s your slogan is we have the meats no you apparently don’t

I went through the drive through so not really sure of the atmosphere. The service was ok not the best but not the worst I have ever had. The food I tried there new cheesesteak didn’t like it so I was looking forward to the fries but this is why I got fries that looked like they had been recooked. Hard and nasty.

I bought the chicken tenders and side salad. The tenders looked good and crispy. They were too hard and maybe one was ok but I couldn’t eat the rest too hard. The side salad was good though. The staff was friendly and very nice. I wanted the potato cakes but they don’t sell them anymore.

They had a good deal of donating $1 and you could get up to 10 sliders for $1 ea. I was feeding a group of 8 so I donated $2 and got 20 sliders. Took them a little bit of time to prepare that many, but it worked out great for my group.

Arbys is nasty!!!! Found a straw wrapper in my sandwich!! Arbys we have the meat plus a straw wrapper!! Don’t eat at this nasty place!! Called them on thing they said is I’m sorry were closing. You can come in tomorrow for another sandwich! Hell no!! Don’t eat at Jacksonville Arbys!!!!
