Perfectly sauced (crispy on the outside juicy on the inside) hot wings with homemade ranch, savory burgers with fresh toppings and the best onion rings around! Treated the kids to shakes and ice cream after our meal and it was all delicious.
This is a must try if you’re a local or visiting Central Oregon.

This is a stand and order establishment, there are no wait staff. The person that takes payment is also your server. He was a nice personality.
Time of wait for food to arrive was OK.
The fish pieces were battered with a smooth appearance type batter and the fish was nice sized but thick and under cooked abit. The fries and onion rings were good. The hamburger was OK. The sida was ok. The wings were grainy and tuff to chew and the meat stuck to the bone, the sauce was ok..when asked by the server when he was clearing the table, “how was everything” I mentioned that the wings were grainy and tough. He said “I’m sorry about that” that’s it, and he walked away with our plates. We won’t recommend others and overall the price for that birthday meal was over $65.00 and the ranch dipping sauce for the over cooked grainy wings was extra.

I would give it a 3.75 if I could. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary. I had the pop onion burger and it could really use some sort of unique homemade sauce (an aioli or bbq perhaps?). The fries were tasty, but I feel like anyone can buy seasoned fries from the market and throw them in an air fryer. The price is the real issue. A little pricey for a family of 4. I know inflation is rampant, but $1.50 for 1.5oz of ranch is crazy.

Excellent buffalo wings and fries! Yes, the wings are a bit pricy. My other gripe is that wings don’t automatically come with ranch/blue cheese. Conveniently located in the same lot as Riverhouse Lodge.

SO good! Definitely a go-to and in my top 3 in Bend. The staff is so kind and attentive without feeling hovering. There’s a warm welcome when you walk in and you could just feel it in the air that it’s going to be a good experience. Side note: I haven’t come across any tots that top theirs. 10/10 always. Appreciate you guys<3

Hits every single time. Pop R Onion burger is always so delicious, hot and high quality! Best burger I’ve ever had, especially in Bend. French fries always crispy and the wings!!!! THE hot wings. Love everything I’ve tried here and won’t be going anywhere else for a burger. Hardy, the owner, is in the back cooking and you won’t be disappointed coming in. Friendly staff and cute atmosphere.

Decided to see what the hype was about and they sure did not disappoint! Kayla was so welcoming, nice, patient and attentive she also helped me by suggesting a few items from the menu for burgers she suggested the Hardy, the clogger, and Amanda Mitt and for wings the medium, hot, honey bbq, honey cajun. I opted for the Hardy burger (couldn’t go wrong with an original) with pepper jack cheese and for the wings honey cajun. After trying both im sure you cannot go wrong with anything in their menu. You all im telling you it was by far the best burger Ive had. The bread was so soft the meat was juicy and flavorful the fries were so good and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside then you add some fry sauce mmm it was perfection! The wings also did NOT disappoint they were sooo GOOD! Paired them with ranch. Needless to say if you’re ever nearby you have to stop and try this amazing restaurant! I promise you you will Thank me later

I see some reviews on here complaining about prices and the quality of some items on the menu, so I felt compelled to write a review. The pictures I’ve attached are actual pictures of my daughter’s and my meals. I can’t speak on any other menu items, but these burgers were great. The patties are not huge, but they are totally fine. The quality of the burger, and the freshness of the the vegetables, and mushrooms were outstanding. The tots and fries were cooked to perfection, crispy, but not greasy. I think we paid around 15-18 dollars/each, but this came with what you see pictured, and unlimited drinks. To me this is not unreasonable at all considering what fast food places charge these days, most of the time that food is terrible. I happened to meet one of the owners by happenchance, and we chatted just briefly, and after ordering our food she told my daughter and me to pick out any milkshake on the menu and that it was on the house. I tried to refuse but she insisted. My daughter got a chocolate milkshake that was delicious.
We are not from Bend, but for now on, anytime we are in town, this will be a staple on our visit. A+ service, it’s a mom and pop joint, and the no mask policy was just icing on the cake. Thank you Hardy’s!

New location, same great place. I really enjoyed the classic burger shop feel with fresh made burgers and fries. Clean and friendly throughout with several indoor tables. Lots of different sides and toppings sure to satisfy your burger cravings. Hand scooped ice cream and shakes. Service was friendly, and there was a little wait while your burger was freshly prepared. Prices are a little expensive, but okay. No beer served here. Very family friendly.
