Got an iced coffee. It was good but in my opinion a little pricey. The actual building is attached to a gas station but it is very dark in the Dunkin Donut area.. so from the outside one may not realize they are open.

I always avoid Dunkin because they always mess up my order or they make my coffee extremely sweet when I tell them not to. My family went here and I was told that they messed up their order 3 times, and weren’t wearing gloves. They ordered specifically MIXED munchkins, and even after coming through the drive through several more times they gave them all chocolate. This is absolutely ridiculous, my image of Dunkin is ruined because nothing is ever good here. I wish I could give zero stars.

I came here to get two coconut refreshers and two sweet black pepper bacon sandwiches. The first thing I noticed was that the workers had no hairnet or hat on but I continued to order my food. When my food was done one of the employees slid the food in silence awkwardly to my boyfriend and didn’t say anything and just walked away. When I saw my food they toasted my boyfriend’s sandwich but not mine I was expecting both sandwiches to be toasted but I didn’t mind. But halfway through eating my sandwich I look.. and there’s a little grey hair in my sandwich. Yall are violating Florida department of health laws it states specifically 64.11 “Hairnets, headbands, caps or other effective hair restraints shall be worn to keep hair from food and food-contact surfaces.” There’s a reason it’s enforced to prevent things like this from happening ️ I will not come back to this specific location anymore

I waited in the drive thru line with 2 people in front of me for like 30 minutes. Nobody ever bothered to take any orders. If I had not done a mobile order, I would have left and gone ANYWHERE else. I will not be visiting this Dunkin ever again.

This was my first time to this location, on (3/3/19). It was a rainy Sunday, early evening and I had a craving for DD Coffee! But since it was pouring outside I looked for a drive thru but saw none so out in the rain I go and asked the girl why they had no drive thru and as I uttered those words my eyes met the, “Drive thru window” and I said, Oh, yes you do, lol but it wasn’t visible from Port St Lucie Blvd. or even when your in that Plaza? Anyway, I ordered 2 Medium Regular DD Coffee’s, for some reason I don’t remember them costing $2.50 Ea.? But they were and a $1 tip because she was kind enough to give me a couple Donut holes for my Dog! (And they “weren’t” stale, ty)

The worst service of my life.

It was unbelievably unacceptable.
I could not get them to give me my correct order.
There was a female taking the orders and making the drinks. Another male doing God knows what. Waited a long time in the drive thru cause my order wasn’t coming. Found it strange how long it had been. We eventually got off the car to come inside the store. We ultimately spent about 30 min waiting for our breakfast sandwiches that the male kept making wrong. He had six 6 items to make. 2 breakfast sandwiches that were the same. 2 egg bites that were the same and 2 another breakfast sandwiches, also the same. No brainer.
Unfortunately the male looked like he was definitely on something. He did not look like he was all there. He wasn’t grasping reality.
The female made the drinks, passed him the receipt so he could make the sandwiches and since he wouldn’t, she refused to do it either. So there we were. Standing there waiting for “nothing”.
I have never seen that level of unprofessionalism in my life.
At the end I gave up and my husband walked in to request our order. We received the wrong order regardless of how many times we tried explaining it. Management should really take a look at who is employed at this location. Won’t be coming back.
