Today we received this instead of a proper pizza.
Two pizzas that look like they were thrown around, dropped, shaken, and reassembled piece by piece.
We are genuinely upset.
The pizzas are completely mangled — slices shifted, one half barely has toppings, the other looks random. This isn’t a small mistake, it’s pure disrespect toward the customer.
But the worst part came after that.
I spent an entire hour on the phone trying to get a refund.
I was disconnected.
I called back — no one answered.
And all of this for $71.
I am extremely disappointed.
This level of service is unacceptable.
When you pay this much, you expect at least basic quality and customer care — not silence and a ruined evening.
The worst service we’ve ever experienced.

Well. I’ve never ordered a pizza that took 2hrs to deliver before. There is a first time for everything. Also, as I type this, the pizza hasn’t been delivered yet. Really doesn’t help when you want to feed your kids at a reasonable time so they can get to bed at a (you guessed it) reasonable time. How great. Check the time stamp, as I still have 33min to wait. Nice.

Is funny how quickly people go to complain acting like this is a 5 star restaurant in downtown ! People this is dominoes and the crew working Friday 6 pm with a girl named Tay was amazing . The fellow asked me how I wanted my pizza cut. They were packed Friday night ! These people work hard from what I saw and they were just so kind m I ordered a pineapple pizza and it came loaded with pineapple looked fresh as can be and delicious . My bread sticks just as good . We need to please before writing and sharing negativity give people some grace because someone will offer it to you down the line and that’s the way life works . Kindness and compassion go a long way so for all those that wrote negative reviews here here is a five star review for the Friday night crew that did something truly kind for me and cooked some great pizza for us . Truly grateful .

Ordered delivery, got two pizzas that were not at all what I had ordered. Tried to call the store, was on hold for 15 minutes. So didn’t get the food we wanted and I’m sure someone else got the food I ordered. Tried to fix it with the store, called immediately after we saw the food, but no answer.

Horrible service at this location from manager Keith. We experienced great customer service from Chris the delivery driver & spoke with a very kind female manager initially but had to be transferred to a very impertinent manager named Keith about an order that was not made properly. Very skim on the DELUXE pizza toppings and the Garlic-seasoned crust with a rich, buttery taste was not on either pizzas (which makes the pizza complete). I had store bought pizza in a box with more toppings than was given all we asked for was a remake and he was rude about it and once I was tired of going back & forth with the manager keith about it I requested to just have a refund for that pizza & he demanded to bring the entire order back. That was not something we could do to just receive a refund for one pizza b/c we ordered as a team & some people that could not enjoy the deluxe pizza had to order food elsewhere because who wants a rude person to remake their food especially when they are the overseer. Hopefully dominos gets better at handling their customers concerns regarding the food purchased but thanks for all others kindness!

Worst look for a restaurant is going in and people r leaning on the counters scrolling through their phones. To make it even more insulting, the pizzas weren’t even cut properly. And they made one pizza with the wrong crust. I sent the complaint up to corporate because expecting anyone in this location to address it is

Ordered food that never arrived and when I tried to contact them to find out where the order was, I was put on hold till the call disconnected. Called back and was subsequently hung up on. Tried for an hour to speak to someone but ended up on hold. Will never order from Domino’s again. Outrageously bad customer service.
