Great service and understanding staff. My daughter accidentally knocked over her drink. The manager, Jess, was very kind and made my daughter feel at ease (who was embarrassed for spilling her drink). Jess even had another drink made for my daughter, she didn’t have to, and she cleaned the floor immediately. Great service and staff.

So I am giving this location 3 stars, for this very reason. Usually, in the mornings I like to just pick up my orders before work. I have came to this location before, but only through the drive thru. I have done a couple mobile orders with them, and have realized that it’s awful! Not the workers, but how it is set up. Management needs to reconsider how many workers are on each station. So they only have one person doing mobile orders (that’s a bad idea in the mornings). It’s always busy in the mornings and nobody wants to wait 20 min for 1 drink. Yes, the employees are super nice, but the process in how things are ran at this location doesn’t makes sense. I stood 20 minutes for my 1 drink, while 10-15 cars in the drive thru passed by and received their order before I received mines. If you are reading this review, DO NOT DO A MOBILE ORDER HERE, JUST DO THE DRIVE THRU. That will save you your morning 🙂

I am so happy this Starbucks was built a few years ago! The old one at 83/120 was also so busy and crammed. This one is wide open in a great location and has the best customer service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. I typically come here and work on school in the afternoons so a special shoutout to the afternoon crew, specifically Mike who is always so kind as well as everyone else on the team. There is another blonde male barista here in the afternoon that’s also always super kind in the afternoon. These two alone specifically set this store apart from other locations. Keep up the great work guys!

I don’t usually share reviews but I felt like I had to. I’m visiting from Upstate NY and walked into this Starbucks because it was the closest coffee shop to where I was staying (a brisk 20 minute walk in March) so I could grab some espresso and do some work. The barista who took my order was not only super sweet but made me a lil sample of their lavender oat milk latte because I had asked about how sweet it was. Ultimately I ordered something different, but after tasting this sample, it might become my new Usual.
But that wasn’t what stood out.
Watching her interact with every customer that walked in the store was like magic. Her kind energy, authentic communication, and a genuine love for her job was evident in everything that she did. Even the way she engaged with the rest of her team created such a relaxed and human atmosphere in the cafe that often feels missing from many Starbucks.
I gotta say, I’m almost too relaxed to work right now.

This Starbucks is simply the best around. I live 30 minutes away from here and will only order from this one. Luckily this location is on my way to work. I’ve gone to all of the locations closer to me and given each of them multiple chances, but those places constantly overheat the lattes to the point you can’t even sip from it for half an hour. This Starbucks in Third Lake makes the drinks perfect every time. The employees are genuine and kind. Even if the drive thru line looks long, they work efficiently so that you don’t wait very long. The store is always clean and organized, even behind the counter, things look tidy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
